What challenge were you trying to address with Reborn?

We needed someone to assist our marketing department with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Earlier in the engagement, the team focused on creating banners and email campaigns. Then the team began working on graphics, creating software and developing a website. They did all of the coding for those systems.

What is the team composition?

Michal (Art Director) is my main contact. Some of my team works with members of his for different aspects of the project.

How did you come to work with Reborn?

I searched online for a vendor and came across their website.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with Reborn started in September 2012.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Throughout our long-term engagement with Reborn, we’ve successfully met our goals. They give the best quality for graphics. We currently have 60–70% of the market in our region. Website feedback has also been positive.

How did Reborn perform from a project management standpoint?

Michal is excellent at communicating and meeting deadlines. Over the years, we’ve established a great working relationship. He knows what I’m looking for, and he provides it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The three things that stand out about Reborn are the quality of graphics, timing, and ability to produce a well-finished product, and good communication skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t know.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The team at Reborn is easy to work with. I recommend them for any level of work a project requires.

I'm the co-owner of TecraCoin. We’re in the cryptocurrency space and we create crypto technology and blockchain technology. We’re creating high technology science and are a blockchain investment platform to connect that science with investors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reborn?

We needed someone to develop our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Before we started working on the website, we created a demo of how it would work. We wanted to make sure the UX was good for the client and that everything was clear and as simplified as possible. They developed our website and also took care of our branding and logo. 

They connected a blockchain, as well as a payment gateway, through the website so users can buy cryptocurrency via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Additionally, they also created PDF files, white paper, and a few other documents. To automate the website from the backend, they also created a CMS system.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people from their team.

How did you come to work with Reborn?

They were recommended to us by a trustworthy friend, so we decided to contact them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from November 2018–April 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We created another three projects with other partners and there have been no problems at all; they’re a very good company. 

How did Reborn perform from a project management standpoint?

We used Trello and Google Docs. The management was very simple, smart, and there were no problems.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Without using templates, they created everything from scratch, including images. They were very professional and it was a pleasure to work with them. If I changed my mind in the middle of the night and gave them a call, there would be no problem. They delivered high-quality work and it was a very complicated project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I think everything was okay.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want to create an artistic vision of your brand, they’re very, very good.

I’m the product manager for Larian Studios, a video game development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reborn?

We needed a fresh, new look for our web presence. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Starting from the code, Reborn rebuilt our entire company website and careers page. They created all the images, set it up on our server, and now oversee its maintenance. They also built a website for our video game, a landing page for console games, and a web store for us. They’re currently working on a launch application — a tool that launches when a user launches one of our games and includes support pages.

What is the team composition?

We started the project working with two people: an art director and a technical director. The scope has increased over the course of the project, so there are currently 4–5 people working with us.

How did you come to work with Reborn?

We were looking for a vendor that was very familiar with the video game industry. I found Reborn on Google and saw they did video game app and website development. After a brief conversation, I decided to hire them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $65,000–$75,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began the project in February 2019, and it is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our work standards are very high, and Reborn meets them. They always deliver mock-ups and meet deadlines.

How did Reborn perform from a project management standpoint?

It has been smooth and fluid; Reborn is very responsive and always keeps deadlines. We use Trello for project management, and Slack is our primary communication platform. We have a call to lay out the scope of each project. Reborn provides a mock-up of the wireframe to get started through Trello. Any urgent needs go through Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reborn is dynamic, modern, and fresh. The good thing about their corporate mindset is that they listen to their customers and are open to our requests. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The downside to their corporate mindset is that they tend to have a serious feeling rather than a fun atmosphere conducive to video games and their audience.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give Reborn a try. They are a very good web agency. They’re familiar with all the innovations of web-building and follow all the trends in a quickly changing niche.
