Google Ads: Drive high-intent acquisition and scaled cross-channel revenue growth while maintaining a target performance benchmark of 5.0x ROAS. 

SEO & Content Strategy: Execute Top-of-Funnel (ToFu) organic strategies to capture non-branded search intent, driving early-stage brand salience across the customer buyer journey.

Meta (Paid Social): Balance brand awareness and first-party data acquisition (email capture) with direct-response campaigns targeted at a minimum 2.0x ROAS efficiency threshold.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On Google Ads, performance was anchored to a 5.0x ROAS target, delivering a high-intent revenue engine. Simultaneously, Meta paid social served a dual role: sustaining a minimum 2.0x ROAS baseline while actively expanding our brand awareness and email acquisition funnel. 

On the organic side, success was measured by non-branded keyword acquisition and early-stage engagement. By capturing users earlier in their search journey, SEO successfully built long-term brand salience rather than relying solely on last-click conversion. 

Crucially, progress was not viewed in isolation. Success was demonstrated by an increase in total blended cross-channel revenue, proving that top-of-funnel awareness generated by SEO and Meta successfully converted into bottom-of-funnel revenue.

The team consistently met deadlines and delivered on their word. Often, they went the extra mile, actively educating our staff and answering all of our silly questions in detail and good humoured.

Rebel supported us across both sides of our marketplace, helping us grow our B2C worker database while also generating high-quality B2B leads from businesses looking for temporary staffing support across hospitality, hotels, warehousing and logistics. 
They took the time to understand the different audiences, customer journeys and commercial objectives on each side of the business, adapting campaigns and messaging accordingly. Their approach helped us drive worker acquisition at scale while also building a strong pipeline of relevant business opportunities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work delivered strong results across both sides of the business. Our worker database grew from approximately 83,000 to 343,000, helping us scale our B2C audience significantly and support expansion into new markets. On the B2B side, campaigns consistently generated relevant, high-quality leads and contributed to building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across our key sectors.

Project management was always excellent. The team were highly responsive, communicative and reliable, with strong attention to detail and clear reporting throughout. They consistently delivered on time and were incredibly adaptable when priorities, targets or business needs changed, often going above and beyond to support us. They genuinely felt like an extension of our internal marketing team rather than an external agency.

What impressed me most was how invested the REBEL team became in our business. They took the time to really understand our business model, our different audiences and customer pain points, rather than simply operating as an external agency. They were proactive, adaptable and always willing to challenge or recommend a different approach when they felt it would deliver better results. They were also a genuinely personable and enjoyable team to work with, which made a real difference over a long-term partnership.

Nothing significant comes to mind. We worked with Rebel over a number of years, and one of their strengths was their openness to feedback and ability to adapt as our business needs changed. Any challenges or changes in direction were always addressed quickly and collaboratively.
