Over the years, we have worked on several important projects. The most significant one was the ancillary project, where we allowed Reactor to handle most of the work. Reactor approached it from a business perspective, understood the key metrics, developed the technical solution, and successfully rolled it out to our customers. They iterated on the product quickly and extensively to provide the best possible value to our customers.

Delivery of multiple solutions for the ancillary project helped with UX and mobile development.

Their project management was generally solid and well-structured. They maintained clear communication throughout the engagement, with regular status updates and transparent tracking of deliverables. Most items were delivered on time, and when occasional delays occurred, they proactively flagged them and adjusted timelines accordingly. They were responsive to our needs and open to shifting priorities when business requirements changed mid-project. The team assigned to our account was accessible and easy to work with, which made coordination straightforward. Overall, the project management met our expectations and supported a productive working relationship.

What impressed us most was their flexibility — they adapted quickly to evolving requirements without friction or lengthy renegotiation cycles.
