Rasul is knowledgeable and effective developer. I had a medium-complexity web page with multiple CMS fields project, and he handled it masterfully from the beginning to the end. After the first meeting when I presented him with the wireframe to the last polishing, everything went smooth. Rasul also made some design suggestions which saved a lot of time and effort, which were not in the scope of the contract, so kudos for that. 

What I loved is that he didn't ask only about the web and functionalities, but about the business as a whole and adjusted the design to it. A lot of help with automating SEO and setting up Google Analytics as well. Finally, what I liked about Rasul the most was his promptness - he responded to most request within minutes, which is absolutely amazing. 

Also, whenever issues arose, he fixed them expressly, and they didn't occur again. He found creative ways to tackle some seemingly simple requests. All in all, I am looking forward to adding more functionalities and starting new projects because I have a reliable web-developer to go to."

We needed to revamp our website to clearly communicate our value proposition to our stakeholders while using design elements to intelligently summarise the description of our solution. Other key elements of the project were the delivery of a high-tech aesthetic in line with our brand guidelines and setting up of all the necessary analytics to track performance and continuously enhance the website.

We shortlisted a number of highly rated vendors, however Rasul's team came into the interview the most prepared of all. Having carefully read through our extensive brief, shortlisting questions to define the scope of work, and put some ideation work in before the first meeting with us. No other vendor was as prepared in our selection process, and they have demonstrated clear competency in both the creative and technical requirements of the job.

The scope of works included:

• Translating our brief into wireframe using Figma
• Building a high-fidelity demo of the website on Figma based on the approved wireframes, and creating required icons, animations, and visual elements.
• Building an interactive website on Webflow based on the approved design. Then modifying content and design over multiple feedback rounds to get ready for launch.
• Setup of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other integrations and transfer of project to our Webflow account.
• Extensive support and help in editing and modifying website.

1 week after the launch of our website, we witnessed a 9.55% reduction in bounce rate, a 118.67% increase in page views/session, and a 46.78% increase in average session length.

The team demonstrated peak levels of professionalism in terms of timeliness, and project management style. Meetings were held before and after the completion of each milestone, and we were always kept up to date on progress within each milestone, ensuring the work was on time and as requested. The Upwork messaging platform was used to address quick feedback and questions, and to organise meetings if a more detailed/extensive aspect of the job needed to be discussed. All responses came in promptly, to a maximum of within one business day.

I was impressed because they met all of my criteria and exceeded my expectations in some regards. This included:

• Technical accumen in web development, design, and animation.
• The ability to creatively leverage their technical acumen to distill our complex technical solution into a simple offering.

• Passion in their work, going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.

They were perfect, but in future projects, both parties are now better equipped to communicate requirements, the scope of work, and timeline estimates more accurately. However, they were highly flexible in addressing any challenges, or last-minute changes on our part.
