We met on a bi-weekly basis. Ryan provides outlines for the meeting and doc that provide the next steps and recommendations for the following month. They have been on time and organized throughout the workflow.

He needs to ensure that he completes items when due to the client.

One particular client I collaborate with Ryan on included a very complex series of automotive websites. He was able to make sense of the strange digital setup and give specific and insightful recommendations as to how we could improve the entire digital presence.

I was working with the client, an internal strategist, other internal team members, and Ryan as a consultant.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client was incredibly pleased and impressed by our findings and suggestions for website improvement. We have been working on implementation and the performance thus far has been paying off.

The efficiency and depth of knowledge is top rate.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There could be a tiny bit of opportunity for keying into standards that are unique to various industries; but I am being nitpicky as 99% of the time Ryan's work has been excellent.
