I’m the manager of Hope Industrial Systems, Inc., a manufacturing company. We manufacture high-quality, rugged flat panel industrial monitors designed for factory environments, offering advanced technology, reliable performance, and industry-leading support at competitive prices.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Razoyo?

We needed to build a custom B2B e-commerce store on the OroCommerce platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Razoyo provided us with custom development services for the OroCommerce platform. The team facilitated integration with our existing WordPress multilingual CMS, customized the look and feel of the website, and heavily modified the checkout and admin functions to work with our existing ordering processes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Razoyo created an online ordering system where we had none, with full CMS and ERP integration. Since this was a greenfield project, we noticed improvements in efficiency and workflow after launching the new system. The goals of increased efficiency through online ordering and entry were realized.

How did Razoyo perform from a project management standpoint?

Razoyo's project management was solid and organized. However, the project went way past the original time estimate due to an underestimation of the effort. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had direct access to developers when needed and interacted with the technical staff, not just the project managers. Razoyo had obvious experience solving the sort of problems we had.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The initial project effort was underestimated.

I'm a manager at Wilson Combat, a manufacturing company. We design and manufacture high-performance custom 1911 handguns, tactical long guns, and accessories, known for exceptional reliability, craftsmanship, and customer service.

We needed help optimizing and maintaining our overall e-commerce environment, including custom development for specific needs of the business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Razoyo has helped us discover and define our business needs. The team has translated those needs into technical terms and provided options to accomplish them. This has primarily centered around streamlining compliance management for firearms shipments, but it also includes overall ownership of our e-commerce platform, ensuring best practices are maintained at all times.Razoyo has also worked on our checkout process to create new business opportunities and reduce customer friction and manual touchpoints during the checkout process. In terms of features and integrations, the team has worked on an automatic FFL integration from start to finish. Razoyo has also worked on various Google Analytics and Google Maps custom features.

We started working together in September 2020, and the engagement ended in July 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with Razoyo, our checkout friction has decreased, our sales of firearms via e-commerce have increased, and our website issues have decreased. We measure the latter by looking at our reduced support tickets and error rates (as measured by external monitoring).

How did Razoyo perform from a project management standpoint?

Razoyo's project management is great. The team is communicative and delivers on time more often than not — sometimes, things just take longer. In terms of communication, we use virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Razoyo is easy to work with and interested in our success and business needs.

We needed help delivering a complex on-site assessment automation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Razoyo developed a long and complex form to collect many details about property location and fire safety. The form needed to be accessible from remote/mobile devices or from a desk. The information needed to be captured and stored reliably, and synchronized as a single source of truth. Then, the form needed to automate the creation of a customer-facing professional document. The document required images and text to be included.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Razoyo successfully met all of the project requirements. Data entry, intake, and report generation went from several hours to minutes. We received highly positive feedback from users about the new system's usability and effectiveness after implementation.
