They also followed basic SEO rules to promote our online presence.

On the home page, products are sorted by popularity, price, and position. Clicking on a thumbnail redirects to the product detail page, where users can compare the product with similarly priced options and preview shipping and tax. After checkout, buyers receive a thank-you message and email with their order ID.

We built the tool for web, Android, and iOS. We developed the web version first. The tool allows users to sign in with a domain or personal email address and create a watchlist to view important project issues. They can also connect with other users and invite them to a project.

Once inside a project, users can manage projects graphically using burndown and Gantt charts. They can create sprints and tasks easily with inline editing, which doesn't require an extra screen to edit information. The notebook feature enables them to create a comment stream for each task or event.

We're excited to work with Rave Infosys on the mobile app development phase. We'll roll out more elements on the tool.

The client wanted us to quote him for creating a brand new Magento site, implementing a new design, and transferring all current store information from BigCommerce. Also, the site was running on an older version of analytics ga.js, which they sought to upgrade to the latest gtag.js.

The team executed a seamless migration without organic traffic losses. Additionally, the client is now reporting increased quality of site traffic. What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a live video streaming mobile application hosted on Brightcove Video Cloud. The user can log in into the app with their Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Twitter account, and then subscribe to their favorite TV channel and make a live 15-second video. The app has virtual coins that you can give to your favorite live streamers. We wanted it to be very well communicated, stick to the project structure, and we were hoping to maintain a friendly working relationship with a hard-working team that's invested in our success.

Video distribution involves never-ending analysis and improvement, so we wanted to partner with a company for a long-term engagement with the goal to work together to constantly revise and improve. We found a few options through Google and send them the RFP, then selected Rave Infosys.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't launched the app yet, but we can already see that the audio and visual quality outperforms my competitors in our niche market. It looks professional and functions as required, which are my two most important criteria.

The quality of their work speaks for itself. They’re quite attached to the project and give us a really good feeling. It's not just a work for them; they're connected to it. It was very structured and they were honest throughout. They were excellent with timelines and made accurate estimations.

The primary task was adding B2B quote functionality for the website. For multilingual functionality, we wanted different translations based on the marketplace instead of relying on Google translations. For the U.S. site., we provided English and Spanish capabilities and U.S. dollars as the currency option. For Europe, we included French, English, German, and Spanish options, with the euro and pounds for currency.

Before the upgrade, we were receiving 20 B2C transactions per day. After the upgrade and launch of B2B, we saw a notable increase in B2B and POS locations. The average order value has increased from $24 to $32.
