I’m the president of SMP Global Stone. We’re an importer and wholesaler of natural stone, granite, and artificial quartz.

I brought Ariya InfoTech on for web development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ariya InfoTech developed my website. I looked at competitors’ sites and came up with some ideas myself. Ariya InfoTech then guided me through the process. One of the initial considerations was making the site mobile responsive.

Since the platform's launch, they’ve been in charge of its maintenance, updates, and uploading new content. If I have a new item I want to develop, they’re the only ones I go to.

This was the second project they did for me. The first time I worked with them was for my real estate company.

What is the team composition?

I’ve been in contact with only two people from their side, including Ankur (E-Commerce Development Specialist).

How did you come to work with ARIYA INFOTECH?

I met Ankur personally about three-and-a-half years ago. I was in India and a cousin of mine happened to be friends with Ankur. At this same time, I was developing my first website and had a couple of concepts I wanted to work on. However, I didn’t like the prices I was getting in the US.

How much have you invested with them?

The latest project cost $3,000. The prior website I built with them was simpler, with only a few pages. They charged me $1,250 for that one, they haven’t been killing me on the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

Ariya InfoTech developed my real estate website around November 2016 and developed the second website less than a year ago.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m definitely getting more clients but don’t know if it’s directly attributable to the website since we’re wholesalers. The growth could be related to the site; it has obviously had a positive impact. I get good feedback about it and calls from clients who’ve seen particular pieces on the site. Overall, I’m very pleased with Ariya InfoTech’s work.

How did ARIYA INFOTECH perform from a project management standpoint?

They get my go-ahead before implementing anything. In the past, I've had issues with not getting what I wanted and developers wanting more money. Ariya InfoTech makes everything clear and they show me examples. If something’s not clear, they ask me first.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They seem to care about the client and make suggestions based on our feedback. I’ve worked with other providers in India and they just wanted to charge me by the hour and saw me as a dollar sign. Ariya InfoTech never told me they were too busy when I had an issue.

What's more, their prices are way cheaper than the quotes I was getting locally. I’ve been very satisfied with them for every request I’ve made.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is a bit of a language barrier, but I wouldn’t count it as a negative. It’s just the nature of the work.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

There’s nothing in particular. I’ve recommended them to a couple of people.

Project Manager is very impressive, the schedule plans are perfect, no sudden issues, there have a great collaboration tactics & we use to communicate via skype for our daily communication. Few later hours works are offshore to complete deadlines & validations

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a very impressive young team with a hunger to learn and develop new things. main advantage is constant communication.

Time difference - like late working hrs.

I’m the IT manager for Balshoi, an e-commerce company. We have an online shopping website that sells Indian grocery items in Europe.

We were seeking help with the Magento development for our e-commerce site. We were focusing on streamlining our day-to-day B2B or B2C processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ARIYA INFOTECH's main tasks were to implement the Magento system and to add the required plug-ins to connect it with the existing ERP. They also built the website from scratch.

What is the team composition?

I worked with 3–4 people. I was in direct contact with the director, as well as one lead developer. On occasion, I would engage with some of the developers as well.

How did you come to work with ARIYA INFOTECH?

I was looking to outsource this project and posted my ad on Upwork. I received multiple offers from different companies. After communicating with all the bidders, I liked how ARIYA INFOTECH perceived our specific challenge. They were ready to tackle it and to communicate with me about it at any time. Their price point was also reasonable.

We invested approximately $11,000.

The project lasted from October 2017–August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm highly satisfied with their work. Once they achieved our deliverables and milestones, I tested their work's functionality. They took care of any changes that I felt needed to be made.

How did ARIYA INFOTECH perform from a project management standpoint?

They were on time with deliverables and stayed within budget. Communication was great because they would ask me directly if there were any areas they didn’t understand. They got the clarification they needed to move forward with development, so they didn't waste any time there.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I worked with another two companies for ERP development as well, but I was most satisfied with the work that ARIYA INFOTECH delivered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were some small issues when it came to internal communication between their team lead and their developers. These were specific cases when the team lead wasn't available due to illness and personal circumstances. In those cases, the developers would have to ask me the same question 2–3 times—but this was okay given the situation.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go for it. They are highly professional and they deliver quality work.
