How we work Most engagements start with a 2–4 week scoping sprint, so you see how we think before committing to anything long. From there it's fixed-scope project work or a monthly retainer with a dedicated designer. We work in your Slack, your Linear, your sprint rhythm. Handoff is a Figma component library with states and edge cases documented — not a pile of screens.
