I’m the manager of a travel company based in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rankiology?

At the time, we were only focusing on the local Indian market, so we couldn’t build a brand around our target audience. That’s when we learned about how digital marketing could expand our reach. I contacted Rankiology to build out our brand.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Rankiology has worked to build up our presence in our market so that we could reach most parts of the country. Nowadays, they usually connect with us to resolve any problems, discuss business improvements, and lead generation strategies.

Their company has about 15–17 people.

How did you come to work with Rankiology?

I first talked to my clients who’d worked with digital marketing companies and collected their feedback. After comparing my research and analyzing potential candidates, I selected Rankiology as the best fit.

The project has cost about $8,000–$9,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them early in October 2019, and the engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After starting the project, we noticed that our daily calls increased by 30%, which was a huge change for us. Our average revenue also tripled in the month. 

How did Rankiology perform from a project management standpoint?

We connect through calls and emails. At the end of each week, we have a meeting to go over our campaign performance, targets, and what we need to achieve next.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything has been good. If we run into an issue such as not getting the appropriate number of likes on Facebook or something, we just let them know. They’ll take care of it instantly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. Everything has been fantastic, and I’ll continue working with Rankiology.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rankiology?

We’re in a niche market, and we wanted to increase our traffic and leads. We were working with another agency prior to Rankiology, but we were spending a lot of money and weren’t getting as many conversions as we wanted.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rankiology is providing SEO services, the scope of which has included content marketing. We’re planning to move into PPC as well.

What is the team composition?

We communicate solely with their account manager. I’m not sure how many others are assigned to our project, but I know that they have more than 35 teammates on their digital marketing team.

I shortlisted 3 –4 agencies through Clutch and liked Rankiology’s approach the most.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost so far has been  $10,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Rankiology in February or March 2018, and it’s an ongoing engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rankiology’s efforts have significantly improved our Google rankings. My management and I have both been very happy with their work.

How did Rankiology perform from a project management standpoint?

Rankiology is excellent on this front. We have access to a dashboard where we can see who’s assigned to which tasks. It also allows us to track their progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with 3–4 agencies, and Rankiology has been the most straightforward in their approach. The other agencies would give us proposals promising various metrics but would be vague on how they’d be achieving them. Rankiology allowed us a trial period to observe their work ethic, after which we decided to start a long-term contract. We appreciated that they gave us a risk-free method of assessing their competence.

They do our SEO and told me to redesign the website. They’re helping me upgrade the site in order to get more business. They also help with digital marketing and advertising on Facebook and Instagram. They also do Google Ads.

I work with a digital marketing manager and another person.

I found them in a Google search.

We’ve spent between $70,000-$80,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very happy with their work. We already started getting leads from the Google Ads and the website is getting improved. When we started, we got around $9,000-$10,000/month and now we got $40,000-$50,000/month.

How did Rankiology perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is awesome. They always keep in touch with me. They keep me posted with updates. I give them 100 out of 100. We use Asana.

They’re very honest.
