What challenge were you trying to address with Rank It Globally?

We needed to design and develop a professional website for our company and create an AI receptionist platform with subscription plans. We also wanted to improve the UX and prepare the website for lead generation, online payments, and future business growth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rank It Globally has designed and developed our corporate website, including the AI receptionist product pages, pricing plans, contact forms, company pages, responsive design, branding implementation, and payment integration preparation. The team has also assisted with website customization, UI/UX improvements, and preparing the platform for future CRM, automation, and AI service integrations.Specifically, Rank It Globally has built and customized the homepage, AI receptionist service pages, pricing and subscription plan sections, add-on pricing section, contact page with inquiry forms, navigation menu, company information pages, demo videos page, responsive mobile design, footer, and branding throughout the website. The team has also customized the currency selector, call-to-action buttons, and prepared the website for payment gateway and future CRM, WhatsApp, and AI integrations.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rank It Globally has successfully delivered a professional, modern website that reflects our brand and prepares us for launch. We now have a responsive website with AI receptionist service pages, pricing plans, contact forms, and a much better UX than before. The website is ready to support customer inquiries, online payments, and future CRM and AI integrations as we begin acquiring customers.Currently, the website is in the final launch stage, so we don't have measurable traffic or lead-generation data yet. At this point, the biggest improvement is having a professional, mobile-friendly website with clear service pages, pricing, and inquiry forms that is ready to support customer acquisition and future growth. We expect to begin tracking website traffic, lead conversions, and customer engagement after the official launch.Once the website launches, we'll measure success using several KPIs, including website traffic, qualified leads generated, free trial registrations, subscription conversions, demo booking requests, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rate from visitor to paying customer, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR). We'll also track user engagement, bounce rate, average session duration, and customer satisfaction to continuously improve the platform and marketing performance.

Rank It Globally has managed the project professionally and remained responsive throughout the development process. The team communicates regularly, addresses our feedback, and implements multiple revisions as our requirements evolve. Although the timeline has been extended due to several feature additions and design changes requested from our side, Rank It Globally has remained cooperative and committed to delivering the final solution. Overall, the project management experience has been positive, and the team is willing to make improvements whenever needed.

What we've been most impressed with is Rank It Globally's willingness to accommodate our evolving requirements throughout the project. The team is patient with multiple revisions, responsive to feedback, and committed to refining the website until it aligns with our vision. Rank It Globally's flexibility, communication, and dedication to delivering a professional result have made the collaboration a positive experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we've had a positive experience. One area for improvement would be providing more proactive guidance and recommendations during the planning phase. Since our project has evolved over time, having more structured milestones and strategic suggestions at the beginning could have reduced the number of revisions later. Aside from that, their team is responsive, cooperative, and willing to implement our requested changes.
