What were your goals for this project? 

Our goal was to develop a stellar website that had an effective UI and could be operated through four different admin panels in the backend.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We found them on Google while searching for local website developers and included them in our shortlist along with three other companies. We wanted a company that had the capacity to deliver results as soon as possible. Rams Creative Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was committed to finishing the project before our deadline, and they had good reviews, so we engaged them. 

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail. 

Initially, the team designed the outline of the website, offering a variety of ideas and preparing a wireframe. They then developed the site according to our requirements. On the frontend, they used Angular.js with Node.js on the backend. The database was in MySQL. After rigorous testing, we provided feedback, and they made the improvements instantly for the final build. 

What was the team composition? 

The team consisted of 10 members, including graphic designers, front- and backend developers, and QA analysts. There was also a project manager who handled the whole group. He kept us updated with the workflow and took our feedback after every development stage.

They delivered more than we had expected. The UI was impeccable, and we were able to drive more sales through the website.

The project manager did a good job of keeping us updated with regular progress reports, and they delivered the site within our agreed timeframe.

Their developers were well-versed with the required technologies and helped us set up the framework. Not only were they ready to take suggestions, but they also accepted our feedback and had an exemplary business communication platform. 

Are there any areas for improvement? 

No, we didn't find any major flaws in the way they operate. They had a unique style of working and handling projects.
