Raise Networks provides ongoing managed IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and strategic IT leadership support for Sagence AI. Key deliverables include managing and securing our Microsoft 365 environment, identity and endpoint management, network and firewall security, cloud and data-center infrastructure, backup and disaster-recovery readiness, and day-to-day IT support. They also provide fractional CIO guidance, help us strengthen our security and compliance posture, and support planning and implementation for scalable IT operations as the company grows.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Raise Networks helped us significantly improve the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT environment. Key outcomes included stronger identity and endpoint controls, improved network and cloud security, more dependable backup and recovery processes, and better visibility into our overall IT and compliance posture. Their work also reduced day-to-day IT issues and response times, while giving our leadership team a clear technology roadmap and practical guidance to support growth securely. Also, Raise took care of IT leadership FCIO role to remove the leadership burden on IT, that allowed our focus to run our business operations.

Raise Networks has been highly responsive, organized, and dependable throughout the engagement. They communicate clearly, prioritize issues appropriately, and keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and next steps. They consistently deliver planned work on time and respond quickly when urgent IT or security needs arise. Their team is flexible, practical, and works closely with us to adapt priorities as our business needs change.

What stands out most is Raise Networks’ combination of hands-on technical depth and strategic CIO-level guidance. They do not operate as a typical helpdesk-only provider; they understand our infrastructure, security, cloud, and business priorities as one connected IT environment. Their team is proactive, responsive, and able to take ownership of both day-to-day operational work and larger technology initiatives. This gives us confidence that our IT foundation can support the company as we grow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Raise Networks, Inc. could have done differently?

We have had a very positive experience with Raise Networks. As with any growing organization, it is helpful to continue improving documentation and proactive reporting as the environment expands, but they have been open to feedback and continuously adapt their support to our needs. Overall, we are very satisfied with the partnership and do not have any significant areas of concern.
