We needed to build a website and rebrand our company from within, understanding the inner aspects of our business.

Radiant Elephant has been helping us with a complete rebranding, including logos, colors, websites, images, and copy. In addition, the team is currently handling all of our website maintenance, including regular updates, security monitoring, and content changes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Radiant Elephant's work, we have a high-ranking, visually stunning website. In addition, we almost immediately ranked in the top three for the search terms we targeted, and our customer inquiries became much more active.

Radiant Elephant has delivered on time with excellent communication. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Our website conversion rate went from 1.7% to 4.2%. 
• Organic website traffic increased 312%.
• We are now ranking in the top 3 for Google maps for 20 search terms.
• We are getting about 100 new calls every month and the lead quality has improved substantially.
• We are now getting traffic from AI searches and show up in Google AI for local searches.

They met all deadlines and were very responsive. Emails are always answered within 24 hours, often within a few hours. They had a very thorough, yet easy onboarding process. Gabe is always patient and great at explaining any questions I have.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've worked with other SEO companies in the past. Some of the large ones. What really struck me about Radiant Elephant is that it is a small team of experts led by the owner. With other SEO companies everything went through a project manager. But Gabe handles all communications and you can tell he runs a tight ship. When I was first looking for new SEO company I got proposals and audits from 10 different companies and Gabe's proposal and audit was the most in-depth and easy to understand. It was the only one that was custom made and provided a roadmap of what he would do. That attention to detail and care has never waivered. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Radiant Elephant could have done differently?

Not really. I've been happy with everything and the entire experience.
