Please describe your company and your position there.

Patrick and I, Laura, own Patrick's Pests & Plants which is a pest control and landscape company.

For what projects/services did your company hire RAD Web Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired RAD Web Design to design and create our website as well as maintain it. My goal was to have a fast and efficient website which customers can use to find information about our services and reach out to us through a communication page.

SOLUTION

How did you select RAD Web Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

We selected RAD Web Solutions after researching companies in the industry. We had many issues in the past with other companies that we fired.

The other companies were causing issues with out site such as not functioning on all screen sizes and domains, not communicating efficiently, not making requested changes, and not even spelling things correctly on our site.

So when we reached out to RAD Web Solutions we knew exactly what we wanted to see and what we wanted to avoid. They seemed like the company that would do it right and I am so glad we hired them!

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I gave RAD Web Solutions full reign on these items because I do not know much about the web design industry. This would be a better question for them than for me. I am pleased with the work they have done.

I worked directly with the owner, Chad Simpson.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We used to not have a functioning website and now we do. We used to not be able to have customers reach out to us through our website but now, we have customers using our website to communicate with us. We are pleased with the outcome of the website and the professionalism of maintaining the site.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

RAD Web Solutions used email or phone calls, depending on what worked best for me as the customer. The website was designed and completed in a timely manner and we were extremely satisfied with it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

RAD Web Solutions is an excellent company with skilled employees and integrity. They communicate effectively and efficiently which is very important to me. They do not hide things from customers, are honest, and their integrity is amazing.

The outcome of their work is beyond my expectations. I highly recommend RAD Web Solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything I would recommend for RAD Web Solutions to improve or do differently. I am very pleased with their work.
