We needed to significantly accelerate the rollout of new features for our core SaaS product while simultaneously improving quality. We were dealing with a massive backlog of poorly tested features. The Raccoon Soft team overhauled our development process, implemented automated testing, and streamlined how we handle new requirements. As a result, we cleared our technical debt and began releasing new functionality with the appropriate level of testing.

• We stabilized the release schedule (one release every two months, instead of every three to four).
• We cut the number of hotfixes in half.

An experienced project manager led the RaccoonSoft team. He clearly defined the production process and established regular planning sessions and weekly status meetings. Notes and tasks were created for all key agreements, with specific individuals assigned responsibility for them, and regular progress reports were provided for all tasks.
