Qwerky Events is an events management company that brings weird and wonderful events to the masses. We specialise in bottomless brunches, tours and equipment hire for all of your party needs.

We hired Toast Digital to help us to sell more tickets and ultimately drive more sales at our events. As a secondary goal for us we also wanted some more help raising more brand awareness/demand gen and help with our overall marketing strategy. 

The plan was to achieve this through a combination of Google Ads, Meta Ads and retargeting to get people over the line. We have quite a niche audience for some of our events, so this presented its challenges but Toast managed to come up with innovative strategies to get our brand in front of the right people at the right time. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Key deliverables/results:

• A strong return on ad spend (ROAS) which was never lower than 600% and during some periods was over 1600% which we were thrilled about.
• Reached over half a million relevant users and got our brand in front of our target demographic.
• Helped us create a lead funnel with nurturing automation to help maximise return from our MQLs and qualify them into SQLs.
• Helped us to develop a marketing strategy that has enabled us to grow our marketing
