Our main point of contact were Nick at first (in charge of all the communication between our side and Queppelin's in regards to the scope of the project, the commercial level and so on) and Sumitra, who was the project manager and responsible for communication between us and the development team.

The website and webAR developed served their purpose successfully as MVPs for validation purposes. They were shown to measure people's response and feedback was overwhelmingly positive

Sumitra's management was very good. She was always very reachable and attentive to our feedback. Communication was always very fluid and easy going. Deadline was exceeded for about a week or two because our timezone difference made things slower than they should've been (8 and a half hours)

We had a couple vision missalignments. Guess it was a communication issue, but our project's vision was not entirely fullfilled.
