In the first stage, the Qubstudio team focused on research and conducted user and competitor analysis to understand the needs and pitfalls of electric vehicle users fully. After that, the team started working on a customer journey map that helped guide users smoothly through the station, taking into account physical and weather factors. Based on the results of the design exercises, design concepts were formed. After choosing an idea we liked, they presented the results and formulated design solutions.
We enjoyed this in-depth approach. After that, they developed screens for our charging station, considering all the features such as lighting changes, customer convenience, button size, and color scheme.

The team deeply analyzed competitors and delved into the process of using our product to create the most thoughtful design and user-friendly experience. Our cooperation resulted in a complex of screens for our charging stations, unique illustrations, and more.

Working together was a pleasure - our collaboration process was well-structured, practical, and highly productive. We regularly communicated at strategic sessions and received all task updates via Slack and email. All deliverables were delivered on time. The team also actively offered their ideas for product promotion and responded to our requests.

The project team was very productive and focused. In terms of project management, everything was on time and organized. The design process was also smooth and efficient. Thanks to their proactive approach, the Product Designer considered our requirements, offered great concepts, and provided first-class solutions. The interface design exceeded our expectations; it was impeccably executed, modern, and minimalistic, and we hope to use it for a long time.
