We needed a comprehensive solution to manage registrations and data coming in from all over the world for a world record breaking moment later in 2026. It required the build of a user friendly website, easy prompts and sign up process, user flow to take participants in a simple route to subscribing. It also needed a significant back end setup to easily allow my administrators to assess the data and work with it in the build up to the event.

Developed a custom web-based platform for registering world record attempts

Created a structured submission process to ensure consistent data collection

Implemented secure uploads for evidence such as images and documentation

Built an administrative dashboard for reviewing and managing submissions

Enabled record verification workflows for approving or rejecting applications

The team at QuantumXL covered all bases of expertise required. From the front end customer service, which was always super friendly and easy to communicate with, through to the backend developers who also weren't afraid to come forward and interact with us. Attention to detail in all aspects was fantastic.

I can't fault a thing and will definitely work with them again

Great design phase using Agile, development phase, testing phase, customer training and understanding the work flows, providing documents and information for RAG AI. To Customer hanover and support.

Project management was alaway on hand, from strat to finish, and in escalations to meetings directly with the developers. A claer project plan with good milestones and tasks.

Subject to detail, was impressive and the quick turnaround on the project end to end. I was always updated through the process.

No areas I came across they were very and are very good with customer service and understanding the reuirements from the start
