We engaged QualiSage to help us build the Decant Index marketplace from the ground up. Their team has focused on developing the front end of the platform, improving existing user flows, and introducing new features such as self-serve purchase options and a structured “make an offer” process.

Beyond development, they’ve contributed to UI/UX decisions, often stepping in to make fast, practical choices that enabled us to deliver MVPs on tight timelines. They’ve also supported our marketing efforts by creating landing pages and implementing SEO best practices.

A key part of their work has been integrating the platform with a range of third-party tools and services covering payments, authentication, tracking, marketing, monitoring, and user behaviour analytics.

The partnership has allowed us to bring Decant Index to market successfully, launching a fully functioning marketplace that continues to grow in both users and transaction volume.

• Marketplace launch: We were able to go live with a working MVP in less than six months.
• User adoption: Our active user base has grown steadily since launch, with a significant increase in repeat engagement.

Overall, we have been very satisfied with QualiSage’s work and there are no major areas we would flag for improvement. If anything, the only suggestion would be to continue scaling their team as they grow, so they can take on even more ambitious projects in parallel.

Before the start of the project, we had several initial meetings where we discussed what would be the website's functionalities, design and structure, and the rest of our requirements. The brief of the project was to create a new website for our Architectural company since the one we had at the time was very old and was not corresponding with our brand identity needs Since our work is very visual, we needed an image-heavy website, which ran smoothly, despite of the heavy graphic content.

We started the process with the design development stage. It was divided into three stages, each one followed up by our approval. The team was very open to adjusting the design and making changes in accordance with our requests. After the development stage began, the team had a meeting with us every week, where they gave us progress updates, showed us how they are working, asked us for our opinions and listened to all of our demands, always making sure to stick to our vision.

After the end of the development stage, they performed testing on various devices. The project manager gave us training, explaining how to use the CMS in detail. Since we had a previous website, the team helped us re-direct all of the links from it, ultimately making sure that our Google indexation stays unharmed. While we were populating the new website, the team kept guiding us and giving us suggestions on how to execute it properly.

Along the way, they made adjustments to the CMS, so that it became more user-friendly and reflected better our needs. At the end of the project, we were provided with a handover sheet, which contained all of the essential information for the project.

We hired QualiSage to design & develop our company's website.We were in need of one where all our platform users could go to and understand what it is we do and learn more about us

We had some quotations from different developers and connected to QualiSage as well to explore our options there too. The team seemed super knowledgeable,great at what they do and customer focused. We liked their previous work and their cost estimate for the work that needed to be done

After discussing our goals for the website,we send the team our Brand guidelines and our UI/UX design. They did some research as well on their own regarding our company and checked our platform to understand better what it is we need,which I really appreciate.

After designing the mockups for us,we did few changes on some of the designs but the original one was very much on point and excellent. We did a mobile version and a website version. They were really quick in making the changes and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Same goes for the content on the website.

They used GitHub,Vercel,Render,Cloudinary to name of few for our website development

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our Website is very new at the moment so we're not yet measuring traffic but everyone that has seen the website said its excellent and they loved the design

We used mostly Slack channels to communicate throughout the process and some Zoom sessions,communication was excellent from their side and they were always available when needed. We needed the website done in a short period of time and they delivered it without any issues. I am impressed with their project management.

They worked really fast - which you don't always get with companies. Communicated really well. And Tsvetomir set up a CMS platform for us to manage easier our Website and even gave us a Zoom session on how to use it Everything was paid attention too,even the small details

I believe everything was done excellent and will be using them again in the future
