Very flexible and attentive to client needs. Delivery was focused on speed and efficiency so rarely did we see outcomes different to that intended at the beginning or outset of various projects. Also, the important thing is that the devs needed to learn the instracacies of our particular sectoral niche, which was accomplished.

Rather like "Ronseal", they do what is advertised. Delivery of projects is efficient and well managed by the in-house team. What I found unique was that the lead developer at the company would join our calls and acted like a project manager despite not being part of project costs.

A summary on a daily basis of what the dev(s) achieved during the day. This can be a very short 1 or 2 bullet point report that should take the dev in question less than 2 min to complete once they get the hang of it.

Development of our internal intranet that manges our business processes from project management, HR processes, Production management, Workshop Part Library. The team from qualified consult compliment our onsite team with the continual development of our intranet. During the past 6 months they have delivered updates to our salesforce integrations, Company car management and booking system, changes to our QA processes and more updates as needed.

We manage our projects into tasks, which are defined internally, and handed over to the one of Qulified Consult's developers. Our approval process includes Code reviews, user testing and Module Manager sign-off. Once this is complete, Code is then merged and Deployed onto our live system.

The developers had great communications making sure tasks are fully defined. There work always arrives ont time, and are able to point out when changes will impact deadlines. Qualified Consult make managing projects and tasks simple, and are able to adapt to our internal processes easily.

I’m a founding partner of Virtido, a software development and consulting company. We’re headquartered in Switzerland, but we manage a nearshore practice in Ukraine.

Qualified Consulting is one of our local nearshore partners whenever we need extra resources for a project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve involved Qualified Consulting in two projects. In one case, our client needed a healthcare software solution. Qualified Consulting directly worked with the client and handled every aspect of the project from end to end. From our side, it was quite low maintenance. 

The other project involved a FinTech solution for which we body leased a mid-level developer from Qualified Consulting. In both cases, the teams were working on backends using .NET.

The healthcare project consisted of three people, while the FinTech project involved one mid-level developer.

We received a word-of-mouth recommendation for a few of our developers and managers who had worked with Qualified Consulting. After having a chat with their team, we felt we could trust them.

From our side, each project with Qualified Consulting was low maintenance. The team speaks English well and demonstrates both thoughtful communication and sophisticated technical expertise. They regularly challenge clients and provide better solutions to issues proactively, which I appreciate. Qualified Consulting is one of our best local partners—I’m really happy with them.

As I said previously, Qualified Consulting proactively communicates and is easy to manage. When I don’t hear anything from our clients or our project manager, that’s a good sign. In both projects, that was the case with Qualified Consulting. Everything went smoothly.

The scope included full-cycle product development — from early-stage architecture and planning to deployment and post-launch support.The solution needed to be both technically robust and user-friendly, serving two primary audiences: event organizers and participants. A key requirement was real-time timing and result tracking, compatible with third-party hardware used by timing professionals.

– The core SaaS platform was delivered and launched on schedule within the first 4 months, allowing live usage during two real-world triathlon events in the UK.

– The integration with timing hardware achieved near-perfect accuracy during live races, meeting the benchmark set during early technical planning.
User Adoption: 1,200+ Athletes Registered in First 60 Days

Milestones were consistently met on time or even ahead of schedule, and any adjustments were communicated clearly in advance.

What stood out most was their ability to deeply understand both the technical side and the business context. They weren’t just building what we asked — they consistently thought a step ahead, suggesting smarter flows, scalable architecture, and even ways to improve the user experience for race organizers and participants. Their mix of speed, clarity, and product intuition is rare, and it made a big difference to the outcome.

Overall, the collaboration was very smooth. If anything, early-stage documentation could have been a bit more structured — especially for handoffs between design and development. That said, once we flagged it, they quickly adapted and improved the process. It’s clear they’re receptive to feedback and committed to refining how they work.

The entire process, from conception to launch, has been outstanding thanks to Qualified Consulting. They fulfilled all of our requirements and went above and above to ensure that we fulfilled the expectations of our end users. Qualified Consulting not only delivered on schedule, but they also included items that weren't even part of their initial workstreams or scope. Here are two instances:

Due to unforeseen complexity, our internal team soon discovered that we lacked the bandwidth to do all of the backend development needed. In order to solve the issue, Qualified Consulting collaborated with us and hired a backend engineer to design a microservice and build the feature from scratch. The crucial feature was successfully added.

Our internal team encountered difficulties with the application deployment as the product launch date drew near.  We were in danger of missing our launch date and deadline.  The entire Qualified Consulting team went above and beyond to give our team as much troubleshooting support as they could, even though it meant responding late and holding lengthy troubleshooting sessions, even though this was not part of their job description.

 Without their assistance, we could not have launched on schedule, therefore we are incredibly appreciative.

They show that they care.  They want to make every effort to guarantee that they are contributing to the creation of a worthwhile and practical product.  I also appreciate that the Qualified Consulting team we engage with has a diverse range of opinions and skill sets.  It guarantees that we thoroughly consider each element and address and debate any subtleties and complexity.  As a result, when we release a feature, I know that we have considered every possible scenario.

Our partnership with Qualified Consulting has been incredibly satisfying, and I am excited to keep working with them as we grow our product line.  As we've worked together, we've come to the conclusion that both teams' experiences can be enhanced by simplifying our communication flow. For example, we can agree on overlapping working hours (because of time zone differences) and overdocument any decisions.

1 Backend Development Support – Our internal development team faced unexpected complexities and didn’t have bandwidth for all backend development. Qualified Consulting brought in a backend engineer to create a microservice and develop the feature. This was critical to get the product out the door.
2 Deployment Assistance – As we got close to launch, our internal team faced deployment issues and were at risk of missing the deadline. Even though deployment support wasn’t in their scope, the Qualified Consulting team stepped in and provided troubleshooting support, stayed on late calls and ensured a smooth rollout.
We are so grateful for their help, we wouldn’t have launched on time without them.
