The scope of this project was to create an enterprise website with a modern headless architecture (Drupal and Next.js) within 6 month that: 

• Shows hundreds of products in detail (listing specific documents and videos, cross-linking to other products, related news)
• Allows building integrated custom and modern landing pages
• Multilingual (6 languages), integration of AI translation
• Manages thousands of documents
• Has a sophisticated and automated CMS including defined roles and SSO
• Integrates custom applications like CRM and chat in a highly performant and easily maintainable way, all within 6 months.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• High performance of the website (Lighthouse test above 90% for all criteria across the whole website)
• Increased CTR and lower bounce rate than before due to improved technical SEO
• 2 to 5 times faster to create and update content on the website by staff members

Items were always delivered on time, often exceeding expectations. When discussing items valuable advice was given on how to improve them to save costs and time in the future. The response was almost always immediate, no matter the time or day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was very impressive their proactive behavior of not just taking tasks but also thinking like an entrepreneur, understanding what it means, going the extra mile, and making suggestions on how to improve it further. He could also work under high pressure due to very tight deadlines but was always on top of everything due to being extremely well organized.

To be honest, I can`t think of what he could have done better.

Our client had a large Drupal 7 site, with almost 200,000 active users and over 150,000 pieces of content, as well as extensive integrations with their APIs to retrieve member information. Their D7 site was hosted on prem, so in addition to moving their website to a cloud-based hosting provider, we had to migrate all existing content and users, as well as rebuild all of the integrations with their APIs. The new website launched successfully in August of 2024.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We couldn't have done this without Quadratic. It was an extremly complex site, and they were able to develop all of the migrations and integrations despite a lack of good requirements from the client. It was the type of project where the client says recreate what I've already got, and you have to figure it out from there, so really difficult but it was completed successfully.

They were extermely responsive and willing to work long hours, especially once the go-live was approaching. Provided excellent support after go-live to address any issues. Tasks were completed on time, usually under budget. Super responsive via email and Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have performed migrations for a number of clients over the years, and despite the complexity of this project the migration was almost flawless. Their ability to dig into complicated and difficult issues and come up with a working solution was impressive.

Honestly no. We look forward to working with them on future projects.

I am the owner of an imaging equipment and supplies company. We provide supplies and services to Government, small and medium size businesses.

Identified the current work flows and tools used. Put together a "wish list" of future capabilities we'd like. Designed wire-frame around those ideas. Agreed upon a schedule and time frame. Signed the SOW and got started. They worked directly with our key suppliers and our other technology partners reducing hassles and time to launch.
