I'm the CTO, founder, and owner of OP Solutions, an IT solutions company. We support independent orthotics and prosthetics clinics with IT solutions, research opportunities, evidence-based resources, and practice management tools to enhance care, engagement, and business success.

What challenge were you trying to address with Qetra LLC?

We hired Qetra LLC to rebuild a full electronic health records (EHR) and practice management (PM) system. Previously, I worked with two other teams who promised results but struggled with the overall complexity, costing me significant time and money. My expectations and scope of work were substantial.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First and most importantly, we needed to untangle the critical technical debt the previous teams left behind. Then, we needed to work on system architecture, including infrastructure, system design, and scalability. We also needed UI/UX design and mock-ups, clinical workflow, healthcare compliance, HL7 support, and security aspects. Qetra LLC has tackled very complex architectural challenges and delivered a system that is visually compelling, user-friendly, and outperforms other EHR/PMs in our specialty. More recently, we required a thoughtful approach to AI integration in our development process and an AI-powered feature in the product.
