What challenge were you trying to address with Qemie?

We have a demo day where our teams present their work; we hired Qemie to livestream our event so that other employees and the rest of our corporation group could watch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Qemie put together a livestream for our event and organized everything for us. The team took care of the video and put in the names of the speakers and the kind of lab they were presenting. They also frequently changed the camera settings and angles for the audience. 

We had a PowerPoint which we sent them ahead of the event, and Qemie switched back and forth from the speaker to the PowerPoint, which made the presentations more enjoyable to watch. Qemie took care of the lightning and ensured everything was running properly to make it look professional.

We have a partnership with another company, and Qemie’s streaming services were included with that. 

How did you come to work with Qemie?

We worked with Eldar (CEO & Founder) and one other person. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between October–December 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our company had positive feedback about the livestream, and everyone liked how it was a fresh way of presenting the information. We plan on working with them in the future and already have another date set up. 

How did Qemie perform from a project management standpoint?

We worked together in person, wrote emails back and forth, and talked over the phone; the communication was easy and very convenient for us. We also used Google Docs to update any changes or news about the event. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The livestream was very professional and we didn’t have to worry about anything on that day which was great for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We don’t think there’s anything they could have done differently. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have your date set in advance so you’re not continuously moving things around. You can trust that Qemie will take care of all the technical details.

What challenge were you trying to address with Qemie?

We hired Qemie to create promotional materials for different applications.

SOLUTION

What is the scope of their involvement?

The deliverable was a promotional video for an application. We first met with Qemie and took some shots together. They explained to us how to get high-quality shots. They also showed us around the city and captured more shots around there.

We had a script prepared, and they guided us through it, explaining what would be the best way to go about this process. Their team did the editing and presented it with the final solution, which we reviewed and made a couple of little changes. The videos were posted on our website and LinkedIn page.

What is the team composition?

We were in contact with only one person from their team.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked together on this project in February 2022. We finished it within two weeks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The videos and images were well done and helped our client’s customers understand who they were as a company. Overall, we were very happy with Qemie’s work.

It also takes a lot of work to measure progress when you start from zero. It was the first ever material created for us, which is why it was so nice to have them on board to help guide us through the process. 

How did Qemie perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was fine, and their response time was definitely within what we expected. We were also very sharp with deadlines, and they were never late when it came to that. They were fast, flexible, and very patient as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

For a small team, Qemie had a really good turnaround time and delivered quality work; they covered the whole triangle of price, performance, and time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not an expert in their field, so all I can say is that they did a good enough job of delivering what we needed from them.

Any advice for potential customers?

Prepare a vision and keep an open mind because Qemie will provide some nice inputs for you.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I´m an event manager at a brand activation agency. We support various brands with marketing strategys, social media campagnes, influencer marketing and events.

For what projects/services did your company hire Qemie, and what were your goals?

We organized a hybrid event with attendees at the actual location and behind the screen for one of our clients, a global leading multinational financial services corporation. The goal was to execute an event equally good for both groups of attendees.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The vendor was suggested by the location "TechQuartier". Since the communication and organization was very pleasant and professional prior the event, we had a good feeling on doing this event with Qemie as a partner.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started with a meeting at the event location to talk about the camera settings and further details necessary for the event.There were some struggles regarding the streaming platform, but Qemie knew exactly what to do and how to solve those little hurdles.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Eldar Rakhmatullaev, the managing partner. From the beginning until the end of this project, it was a real pleasure to work with him!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had many viewers online, who were very happy with the outcome of the event. The attendees at the actual location were just as impressed, because everything went very well.

The project manager was very wasy to communicate with and always provided all the information needed. He also took a lot of time for our project to make sure everything goes well!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They will always make time for you, even if they have other projects or plans. And they find a solution to any problem in any situation in a calm and professional way.

No.

We needed help with various tasks for our innovation programs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Qemie has been providing web development and branding services. We started by briefing them on our main idea and the concept we had in mind for the website, content planning, content creation, social media posts, and livestreaming. In addition, we've asked for help with some tasks regarding the application decision and selection criteria on which applicants should be accepted into our innovation programs.

Moreover, they've provided the hardware for live streaming and have done scraping on the internet regarding the database of potential candidates interested in our services. In addition to the prior, they've helped us summarize and analyze the data that we've had to report to another institution about our program's KPIs and success.

I've been working with three members of Qemie's team, including Eldar (CEO), a business developer, and a content designer.

How did you come to work with Qemie?

We work in the same co-working space, so we got to know each other, talked, and exploited the collaboration opportunities.

So far, we have spent €5,000–€10,000 (approximately $5,300–$10,600 USD) with them.

What is the status of the engagement?

The partnership began in June 2020, and we're still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They're effective, reliable, and swift, and the quality of the live streaming has been high. In addition, their team is super independent and has helped us have thousands of visits to our site, which is a successful case for us.

How did Qemie perform from a project management standpoint?

We have weekly stand-ups to know what's going on and the week's goals. In addition, I'm happy about the synergies and the collaboration using Microsoft Teams Notion, where Qemie's team reaches out to me in case they have questions whenever I give them a task. Overall, the process is very transparent and fast, and all the communication is clear and effective.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their livestreaming work is remarkable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on because everything works great.

If you're looking for a cost-effective team to work with, then Qemie is the right partner for you.

What challenge were you trying to address with Qemie?

We needed to live stream a big event that we were planning to hold, so we hired Qemie to provide us with a camera team and handle all the technical needs for it. We also needed to create a website for the event.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we held a briefing with Qemie to explain our requirements and provide them with any information and material we thought would be helpful. They then came back to us with different proposals. From there, they proceeded with the work — their team did the live stream for our event and provided us with videos as soon as it was over. They also supported us in developing our website, creating content for it, and publishing our videos on YouTube.

What is the team composition?

We mainly interacted with the founder and general manager of their company. There were also two other people I got to work with.

How did you come to work with Qemie?

They were recommended to us by the people at the event location.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from July–September 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With Qemie’s help, we got really good feedback and numbers from our event. Moreover, they met our expectations in terms of quality and timeliness, and the videos they provided were good, too. Overall, everything turned out very well.

How did Qemie perform from a project management standpoint?

They went the extra mile for us, made good suggestions, anticipated our next steps, and provided additional deliverables. However, there was a bit of a delay in producing the videos. For communication, we typically interacted through Microsoft Teams, email, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with how well they anticipated our needs and how quickly they understood what we wanted them to do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to clarify things better and follow up with us when the deadline is near.

Any advice for potential customers?

Try working with Qemie and agree on certain working conditions and communication points. Make sure to also stay in touch frequently.

I'm the segment marketing manager in a European hub. I develop master content and concepts to roll out to 25 countries in Europe.

Our company operates in the construction and manufacturing business. We produce different products for different types of buildings, including flooring, heating, plumbing, infrastructure, and hot water solutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Qemie?

We developed our own learning platform to train our customers because when we launch a new product, we need to make sure that our customers know how to operate it. Qemie helped us create and upload the course content.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created a series of original e-learning courses that included material on UI design systems, style guides, content design, and production, testing, and deployment of courses and micro-learning assets. Specific formats include  animation, video, text infographics, stories, and screencasting.

They also help us devise the learning methodology and determine what the training concept should be for each course. They assisted us in defining the storyboard for every product or solution.

After the storyboard, they also produced the final course, offering a lot of ideas on what could be done to improve the customers' journey. 

What is the team composition?

We have our two main contact people: the project manager and the founder of the company. They also have many freelancers working behind the scenes on the project.

How did you come to work with Qemie?

We first interacted at a meet-up community in Frankfurt. After a number of agency evaluations and requests for pitches, we determined that Qemie had the best concept overall.

We tested them with a pilot project, and it went very well, so we continued to work with them on the rest of the courses. The deliverables that they provided were of much better quality.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent a minimum of €20,000 (approximately $21,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in September of 2021. It is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We are still in the process of uploading the content to the platform, but what we've heard from marketing managers in other countries is that everyone is happy with the final result.

Before COVID, we would do face-to-face trainings. When COVID hit, it was very difficult to manage and everyone got used to online learning. Since e-learning is convenient and you can do it at any place, we decided to build our own platform and provide customer training.

How did Qemie perform from a project management standpoint?

Qemie has been able to deliver on time and within our budget. We usually communicate via video calls using Teams. We get weekly updates from them.

We don't use any project management tools because we don't have many things to do.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always bring new ideas to us, finding out how processes can be optimized and identifying learning content that could be better for the customer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Have a project management plan in place to make the process consistent.

Any advice for potential customers?

Give them a detailed briefing of your project and of what you want to achieve.
