They created a series of original e-learning courses that included material on UI design systems, style guides, content design, and production, testing, and deployment of courses and micro-learning assets. Specific formats include animation, video, text infographics, stories, and screencasting.
They also help us devise the learning methodology and determine what the training concept should be for each course. They assisted us in defining the storyboard for every product or solution.
After the storyboard, they also produced the final course, offering a lot of ideas on what could be done to improve the customers' journey.
