I’m a senior engineering manager at Braze, an information technology company. We provide a customer engagement platform that helps brands collect data and deliver personalized, real-time messaging across multiple channels to build stronger customer relationships and drive growth.

We needed help maintaining quality as we scaled our startup and later made the transition through acquisition.

QA DNA has written and run regular regression tests, tested large features before shipping, and assisted in formulating test cases for new features. Their work has focused on general testing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

QA DNA has delivered 200–300 automated tests. Since we started working together, we’ve gone from five issues reported by the client daily to only one in a few weeks. Overall, we’ve been able to release with much more confidence.
