Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and marketing strategist of Creators Collective. We’re a full-service marketing and advertising agency for brands with revenues between $1–$6 million.

What challenge were you trying to address with Q6 Media, LLC?

We needed someone based within our area to help us with our video production projects involving different brands. This included testimonial videos, animated videos, and a brand Hero video. We plan to post them on social media, including YouTube, and then eventually use them for some of our ads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We met up with them in person and discussed thoroughly what we needed for this project. From then on, we collaborated together on the whole process, from pre- to post-production.

Q6 Media, LLC helped identify our KPIs and the direction for each video, and they refined the scripts and storyboards. They then proceeded with the filming, wherein they provided the casting and worked directly with the interviewees and talents. It generally takes them no more than a week to complete each project, but they’ve managed to turn around one of our primary hero videos in just three days.

They’re also in charge of incorporating our suggestions and feedback into the videos, including the sounds, animations, and other key elements.

All of the necessary equipment has come from their team.

I primarily work with Jake (Managing Owner) and Ryan (President & Co-Owner), and they’re always involved in the shooting and post-production process.

We found them through a referral — specifically, from a friend of my friend. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent a total of $45,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Q6 Media, LLC in August 2021, and our engagement is still ongoing. In fact, we’ve already renewed our contract with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve managed to triple the number of leads we’re getting, as well as reduce our cost per lead (CPL) rate by 100%. We’ve also received a lot of positive feedback and engagement from stakeholders, including friends and members of our company. 

How did Q6 Media, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very easy to work with. They don’t need too much direction from me; they understand what’s needed and continue to execute seamlessly. They’re also responsive to my text messages and are never afraid to provide suggestions or let me know if something isn’t a good idea.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s their communication. Many companies don’t really care how long their creatives take to finish something, but that’s not the case with Q6 Media, LLC — they respond right away and follow a business-oriented approach.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I really can’t think of anything they need to improve on — I’ve had no problems with them at all.

Place all your ideas and any information on the table, so that they can better decipher what your needs are and then come up with the best solutions for your business.

I’m Bailey Coats and I’m a recording artist based out of Birmingham, Alabama.

What challenge were you trying to address with Q6 Media, LLC?

I needed someone to film and produce my music video.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had a song that we were starting to push out on content platforms such as Tik Tok, so we ended up receiving a lot of user-generated content we can use for the music video. Q6 Media not only filmed my music video with me performing my vocal parts, but they also incorporated almost 500 of those user-generated videos into the final output. 

It was a very lengthy process that took them about two weeks to edit and present three initial drafts for me to review.

I worked with Jake (Managing Owner), Travis (Managing Partner), and Ryan (Production Manager).

How did you come to work with Q6 Media, LLC?

We were connected through a mutual friend. They also filmed one of my shows in Birmingham and put together a highlight reel of everything I was doing.

We invested about $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From an impact standpoint, the music video has reached over 100,000 people, and the video itself incorporated over 6,000 participants. Additionally, the video helped me gain over 76,000 streams on Spotify. The Q6 Media team actually sat down with me to understand my vision and accommodate every little change and idea we had.

They were so flexible and willing to deliver a product that not only I would be happy with, but also people would resonate with.

How did Q6 Media, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was exceptional, and they were always on top of everything. We usually communicated through text, phone calls, and FaceTime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out for me, is their flexibility and willingness to work with different budgets and types of artists. They were so accommodating in making sure that the vision we had for the project comes to life to its fullest ability.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They handled the project so beautifully that I don’t think they could’ve done it any better.

I would highly recommend they work with Q6 Media, and advise them not to be afraid to share their vision.

Please describe your company and your position there.

S2 Pass is a digital ticketing company focused entirely on servicing K-12 institutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Q6 Media, LLC, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a professionally produced video testimonial from a selection of our customer representatives. We also needed customer education videos.

SOLUTION

How did you select Q6 Media, LLC and what were the deciding factors?

A personal contact referred us.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We contacted Jake Sacco at Q6 Media with the project requests. We scheduled the start date for the following week. The process was executed as follows: He constructed a script with our input and suggestions. We then scheduled with our customers and us to execute the initial phase of filming. Jake and two of his team members traveled to the filming locations at our customers' campuses on the date set.

They filmed at two locations throughout a full workday. He then took that media and constructed a final product. This step included daily feedback updates and feedback requests to ensure we received exactly what we were looking for. In approximately 7 days, we received the final product. The process of paying for these services was also seamless, and in addition, he allowed us to pay for the entirety of the project through an interest-free payment plan. Payment and all project details were handled through a very user-friendly CRM platform.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with Jake Sacco and Ryan O'Malley. The feedback process was extensive. We received updates and feedback requests daily. They were also able to implement all of our suggestions without limitation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, the digital content they produced on our behalf has had an incredibly positive impact on our business and overall success, specifically on the sales and customer education fronts. The testimonial video they produced for us allows us to knock down walls to acquire the trust from new and even existing customers.

In addition, they also produced an educational video for our product that has dramatically decreased our customer support load. In all actuality, our support request volume has been a fraction of a percent of what it was without this content.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Very rapid and concise, as I illustrated above. They do not waste any time. They were incredibly thoughtful in regards to their customer experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From my personal experience, there are several facets of this operation that are quite impressive. First, the product they produced was spectacular. The result was integral in terms of its use in our day-to-day operation, and on top of this, it was very visually appealing while keeping in mind the sensitivities of our customer base.

In addition to the quality, they also rushed the product for us simply because they heard in passing that we had an important meeting coming up in which this could be of use to us. We received an initial time estimate of 2 weeks, and they were able to complete the project in half the time. We did not request the rush, nor were we charged any additional fees. Simply, a kind gesture.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In all honesty, not from my experience.
