Full technical implementation of my custom website design, turning my creative concept into a functional and responsive website. 
Key deliverables included:

• Building the website structure, implementing the visual design, making sure the website worked smoothly across pages and devices, and setting up the technical foundation for future growth. 
• Pyango also helped develop the logic for my hub pages, including the Marketing Research Hub and the future Content Creator Hub, so that the website could support different content areas in a structured way. 
• Another important deliverable was the CRM integration with Brevo. This included connecting website forms and newsletter-related elements to my CRM setup, so that leads, subscribers, and form submissions could be managed properly. As well as designing custom wrappers for those forms, so the website feels smooth and consistent in terms of UI.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main measurable outcome was the successful launch of a fully functioning website that reflects my creative vision and supports my business professionally. 
The website now works consistently across devices, includes the key pages and forms, and has the technical infrastructure needed to support my services, newsletter, CRM integration, and future content hubs. 
This gives me a strong foundation to build and expand my business. 
While I do not yet have long-term growth metrics, the project successfully moved me from having an idea and design direction to having a live, professional, scalable website that I can now use for marketing, lead generation, and business development.

Whenever I had questions, concerns, or small details I wanted to adjust, they listened carefully and offered practical solutions. I never felt forced into decisions. Instead, they explained the options and helped me choose the best direction while still respecting my vision.
This was one of the biggest benefits of working with Pyango: the process felt collaborative, flexible, and well-managed.

From my experience, the technical setup, project management, communication, and delivery process were all handled very well.

Another impressive aspect was their flexibility and responsiveness. They quickly adapted to changing requirements and ensured smooth communication so that the project stayed on track even as requirements changed. Their expertise in modern technologies such as microservices, CI/CD pipelines and cloud solutions (e.g. Azure) helped to future-proof the project and position it for long-term success.

One area for potential improvement was the frequency and size of meetings. Occasionally, there were too many participants in discussions than necessary, which could sometimes slow down decision-making and lead to longer meetings. Streamlining the meetings with a more focused group of key stakeholders could have made discussions more efficient and decisions quicker. However, this did not hinder the overall progress, as the collaboration and thoroughness were important to the project's success.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pyango GmbH helped us develop a management tool for four agencies, including time tracking, project progress, and invoicing features. They created a web application that works as a software, which we wanted to use to manage agency operations. To jumpstart the process, we provided them with the designs and concepts, and they handled everything else. The server setup was done from scratch on Docker and using Django, Python, Nuxt, Vue.js, and GraphQL.

I worked with around four members of their team, including a team lead, their main developer, and two junior developers.

Communication on the finance part was unclear, so we reviewed the budget several times.
