Yes. Purpose In Action operates under UK GDPR, and the privacy policy on the website sets out lawful basis, retention and your rights. Every engagement runs under written confidentiality terms, because the work involves cash position, margin by client and the performance of named individuals. For US law firms, fees are fixed monthly retainers only — never a percentage of fees, revenue or collections — which keeps engagements clear of Rule 5.4 fee-sharing.

Results are reported per engagement rather than as an average. Collections lifted from 79% to a 92% average with individual months reaching 96%, and $603,000 of earned revenue recovered. A margin swing from −$68,000 to +$200,000 inside twelve months. Roughly 30 hours a week returned to one founder as daily operations became a two-day week. Client names and sectors stay off the numbers by agreement.
