The project focused on scaling lifecycle and performance marketing across three key areas: email, SMS, and paid media. I provided the strategic guidance and direction, and the team executed as an embedded extension of our internal marketing function:

Email: Strategy, flow builds, campaign execution, segmentation, and A/B testing executed based on the lifecycle roadmap and retention strategy I provided. 

SMS: List growth, automation, and campaign deployment all aligned with the broader retention and engagement strategy I developed. 

Paid Media (Meta): Creative testing, campaign structure, and performance optimization executed in line with our content and community driven growth strategy.

The project delivered clear, measurable results across all core channels:

Email revenue grew of total revenue, driven by optimized flows, campaign strategy, and segmentation.

SMS revenue increased, becoming a key contributor to both revenue and top  of funnel growth. 

Paid Media (Meta) supported consistent ROAS while aligning with our content and community strategy, helping us scale ad performance without sacrificing efficiency.
