I’m the president, CEO, and sole founder of a national sales and merchandising company based in Canada.

We needed a partner to manage our social media and marketing efforts and help develop websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pulsion Management Corporation has been our social media partner since 2013. They look after all facets of our social media management, including social media selling and advertising.

They manage all of our social media campaigns, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and X. However, our main social media platform for advertising is LinkedIn, so Pulsion Management Corporation manages all of our LinkedIn campaigns and postings, the whole account. Basically, they handle our business's marketing and advertising facets.

It's worth noting that they have also designed and developed 4–5 websites from scratch for us using WordPress. They have done all of our website updates over the last few years. Moreover, they write all of our blogs. We work with them on the topics for our weekly blog, and they do all the postings.

What is the team composition?

Since it has been a long partnership, I’ve worked with everybody at Pulsion Management Corporation. I've worked with David and Courtney, two of the owners, Lily, my account manager, and several writers, editors, and different graphic designers throughout the years.

We met them at a trade show where they had a booth.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $250,000–$500,000 CAD.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2013, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve landed quite a few pieces of business through our LinkedIn social media selling campaigns. That’s been our number one way of selling. Now, thanks to Pulsion Management Corporation, people find us through our social media accounts and Google.

We've been in this business for a while now, so people recognize us. We’ve had huge success, and I wouldn’t have been with Pulsion Management Corporation for as long as I have if their work hadn't been successful.

How did Pulsion Management Corporation perform from a project management standpoint?

Pulsion Management Corporation is fantastic at project management. They keep my marketing and advertising organized and are excellent at meeting deadlines. Of course, I’ve launched several new websites with them, and they always meet targets.

They’re very well organized, and our ongoing social media selling program runs seamlessly in the background. This way, I don’t have to do anything, which is fantastic. They keep me up-to-date and online. Overall, they’re a huge partner to us.

We’ve used various communication and project management tools throughout the years, including HubSpot and ZoomInfo. We communicate with them regularly via FaceTime, WhatsApp, phone, and email.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I would give a shout-out to Courtney, the CEO, who has been a fantastic partner to our business. She is great at coming up with new ideas, campaigns, and thoughts on what to do next. We've tried different programs, and given that things switch up frequently in our line of business, she has been a huge thought leader. She's an instigator. Moreover, she knows my business really well.

On the other hand, Lily has also been great. If I could hire her it would be fantastic.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their passion for my business has been impressive. Pulsion Management Corporation is truly a huge facet of our business. They’re very different from other advertising agencies, and that’s why I love them. They keep me on the pulse and help my business change and grow.

No, there’s nothing Pulsion Management Corporation can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re looking for a standard advertising agency that’s black and white, Pulsion Management Corporation isn’t for you. They’re going to take you to the next level. They’re going to bring out ideas for you to try. Take into account that they like to change things up all the time, and they’re extremely flexible. You'll find them right up to speed on what’s happening.

If you’re a company that’s used to old methods and not looking for change, Pulsion Management Corporation isn’t for you. They’re a disruptor and innovator in the business.

I've worked with Pulsion Management Corporation's predecessor companies but haven't directly worked with them under their current name. Over the years, they've managed various services; some were small contracts, while others were long-term projects lasting up to 24 months. The work has converted a wide range of areas.  They've collaborated with me on one significant project: developing a new business marketing plan.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pulsion Management Corporation's team has been involved in the business plan from the start, handling everything from advertising to support the campaign, social media marketing, and even traditional marketing methods. They've managed the entire project, creating all the content and creative assets, including the design. They've also taken care of SEO, branding, and all aspects of marketing for the campaign.

The marketing campaign has met all our objectives and metrics. They've delivered exactly what they promised, achieving both the quantitative and qualitative targets.

How did Pulsion Management Corporation perform from a project management standpoint?

The team’s project management and work have met expectations. I haven’t used formal tools; I've used common sense and communicated with them through text, email, video chat, and in person.
