We worked with Publicity Port as an external vendor supporting over 10 of our clients across various industries. Their responsibilities included gathering and organizing access to essential advertising assets and platforms, conducting market and audience research, writing ad copy, and designing creatives for Meta and Google Ads campaigns. They also handled full campaign setup, launch, and ongoing management, continuously optimizing performance to ensure maximum ROI for each client. Their work played a key role in keeping campaigns efficient, on-brand, and results-driven.

Across the campaigns managed, we saw a 35–60% decrease in cost per lead, improved ROAS across both Meta and Google platforms, and consistent month-over-month growth in conversions. Their project management was excellent. Tasks were always delivered on time, and communication was clear and proactive. They were highly responsive to our needs, quickly implementing feedback and adapting to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts. We always felt supported and confident that nothing would fall through the cracks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I asked from the beginning if there would be a single point of contact, they assured me there would be then after signing a contract with them they added me to an email alias that supposedly included my account manager and another team. 

The AM however did not know what was going on in the chat when I met with him and the email alias did not know about what I talked to the AM about in the meetings.

I reiterated with the owner that this is not what I was promised and he told me the structure is usually explained the first call admitting he misled me. I immediately asked for a refund he responded twice with unrelated excuses to the fact that he deceived me and then told me He Was Going On Vacation For 20 Days and would not be able to respond till after that haha.

After doing more research, I do not think this is a real company:

1. I realized they charged me more than was listed on their clutch profile.
2. On their facebook page they warn of a "whatsapp scam that is not them, but impersonating them"
3. One of their only 2 good reviews is from another digital marketing agency so I'm guess it was some kind of review swapping deal. 
4. I'm not sure how they got any clutch awards with 2 reviews maybe there's some way to game that system too.
5. They call themselves a white label agency but I think they are just using another white label agency if even that.
6. The communication regardless of not being what I was promised was horrendous, took over a week just to get access solidified. then the only other work they did was an incorrectly set up campaign after clearly describing it on the call with the AM.
7. Very unfortunate experience I hope to prevent future people from dealing with.

Lack of Communication and Misleading Information
The owner admitted to misleading me about the company structure, and then proceeded to ignore my requests for a refund. He even told me he was going on vacation for 20 days and wouldn't be able to respond to me until then.

Red Flags About the Company
After further research, I discovered several red flags:

They charged me more than what was listed on their Clutch profile.
Their Facebook page warns about a WhatsApp scam impersonating them.
One of their good reviews appears to be from another digital marketing agency, possibly a review swapping deal.
They claim to be a white label agency, but I suspect they're using another agency or have found a way to game the system.
They have few reviews, yet claim to have won awards.
Conclusion
My experience with this company was terrible. The communication was poor, and they failed to deliver on their promises. I hope to prevent others from dealing with them by sharing my story.

That they think they can get away running a company so immoraly and ineffectively and that the owner actually put this all in to writing

Be honest with your clients and get rid of the external team.

Also invest in better equipment, calls were incredibly difficult to understand because of audio quailty

I've also never see na company have to warn of a whatsapp scam on their facebook page. Again I don't think this is a real business.

The service provider responded on April 24, 2025.
The reviewer engaged our white-label Google Ads services in March 2025. At the outset, the client declined our discovery call and requested the removal of the standard 30-day notice period — a request that typically signals intent for short-term engagement. Despite this, we proceeded in good faith.

Throughout onboarding, we maintained transparent communication about our account management structure. Contrary to the reviewer’s claims, our emails before contract signing clearly outlined that the assigned account manager (AM) is supported by a communications team — a standard practice at agencies of our scale to ensure efficiency and responsiveness. At no point did we state that the AM would personally run ads or work in isolation.

The allegations of unresponsiveness and delayed access are factually incorrect. Evidence supporting this was provided to both the client. By the time the client requested to discontinue, our team had already completed key deliverables including competitor research, campaign design, and ad creative drafts — demonstrating tangible progress within the agreed scope.

Following this, the client requested a refund and stated they would be willing to leave a positive review if refunded. While they did not explicitly threaten a negative review, the implication became clear when a negative review was posted shortly after the refund was declined. We believe this situation reflects an attempt to unfairly influence the review process.

Additionally, at the client’s request, we conducted a formal internal investigation, found no merit in the accusations, and communicated our findings with evidence. Given the work already completed and resources committed, we respectfully declined the refund request.

As an agency with a proven track record, we stand by our work, our process, and our team. We appreciate the opportunity to present our side of the story and trust that potential buyers will consider this context thoughtfully.
