What challenges were you trying to address with Publco?

I just started my company and needed help coming up with a name, logo, and website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Publco has been providing branding services for us. They started by listening to my needs, vision, and goals, which they’re now translating into tailor-made deliverables, including logo design, business cards, letterheads, invoice formats, naming, and website development from scratch.

Regarding the site, I’ve asked them for a simple platform with a nice design and a clear message of what we are as a company.

We’ve been working with two members of Publco’s team.

A friend referred them to me.

How much have you invested in them?

So far, we’ve spent around $2,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve received compliments and positive feedback on Publco’s work; people are intrigued whenever I share my business card and want to know more about my logo and brand. I’m satisfied with how they’re able to commit and quickly understand my business to meet my expectations.

How did Publco perform from a project management standpoint?

Publco delivers everything on time and within budget, so project management is good. They’ve also done things that are outside the scope very quickly. Moreover, they’re good with communication; we use phone calls and virtual and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Publco is a modern team updated with what’s happening in the design and branding industry. Moreover, they’re quick in delivering their work compared to other providers, so we’re happy with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I recommend working with them for sure.

Take the time to explain your business and its dynamics to them so they can easily provide you with the best solution to address your needs.
