During COVID-19, we understood how significant each business's online presence is to stay afloat. We lost our customers due to an unstable delivery system and decided to develop a mobile app to increase sales for future perspectives. We launched the app in March 2022, and now, we have around 150k daily users. According to our analysis, gamification features that were the initiative of the Ptolemay team increased our sales by 43% and helped improve customer loyalty

Ptolemay performed perfectly from a project management standpoint. They were highly organized and efficient and always kept us informed of the project's progress. Essential to mention that Ptolemay provided clear and detailed project timelines and budgets, and they consistently met deadlines.

The team was also very flexible and could adjust to any changes or challenges during the development process. We were very impressed with their project management skills and would definitely work with them again in the future.

We found many things impressive about Ptolemay, but what stood out the most was their level of expertise and professionalism. The team was highly knowledgeable and deeply understood the latest technologies and best practices in mobile app development. The app went live in November 2022. Client now have 20,000 WAU (Weekly Active Users). According to our analysis, personalization features presented and implemented by the Ptolemay team increased the recurring purchases by 37%. From a ROI perspective, that's a tremendous success.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ptolemay. I appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process.

They organized weekly calls and sprints to control the project's progress, and I had access to their task tracking system, where I could see the overall progress down to how much time was spent on each stage. It also meant that we could get a lot done in a relatively short time — client launched an e-commerce app way ahead of schedule.

They could take our ideas and turn them into reality quickly, which is a valuable advantage with Ptolemay.

They are the top app developers I’ve ever worked with I'm most impressed with Ptolemay's ability to properly plan the process, manage their work, and communicate early about what it will take.

Product development is more challenging than it may seem. However, Ptolemay did great work. I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them.

We talk a lot. And what is interesting that all our conversations are really constructive and productive. We feel that they are part of our team.

Alias is one of the most popular board games for parties and big companies which allows players to guess words with fun. Players are divided into groups, and the number of players in each group does not have to be equal. Our team decided to develop an app, but all our developers were outsourced by existing clients.
