When we launched the app developed by Ptolemay, the end client started seeing around 150,000 daily users, which was great. Moreover, they saw a 30%–40% increase in sales.

How did Ptolemay perform from a project management standpoint?

Ptolemay was great at project management. They stuck pretty closely to the timeline, and they did a great job of communicating with us. They also checked up constantly with us to ensure we could deliver on time and on budget and avoid any questions from the end client. As for collaboration tools, we used GitHub for managing development work, as well as Jira for managing high-level tasks.

The way that Ptolemay’s management staff communicated with their developers and with the end client was amazing. I have never seen such high-quality code from an outsourcing company. They used Machine Learning to add unique features to the app and increased the value of a client company in the market. They contributed to existing features but also led the development of a number of initiatives, including completely rebuilding the key portion of our primary application.

Once they finished with the user journey, they organized agile project planning.

The team worked systematically on each sprint with open communication and met almost all interim deadlines on time. They set up a CI/CD process and several testing stages to assure the system's reliability. They do usually reply very quickly, part of the team was also available every weekend when it was crucial for me. That’s the thing I really appreciate and can’t express how it was important for Savenger and our users.

They are product builders. I don’t know the story of each of them, but the guys who were working with me suggested a lot of fresh ideas, brainstormed them over the call, and even helped me form interview questions to validate them.
