We been working with them since 2015 and we have 85% + client retention ratio which is fabulous.

We wanted to improve not only our keywords ranking but the overall presentation of our brand online. Studio45 has helped us remake our website to make it more user and SEO friendly. Most importantly they help us improve our google ranking.

We were dealing with their team and also with the owner. Everyone is really professional and we are happy with the service we receive.

After giving our SEO project to Studio45, we are on number 1 page for our top priority keywords. We are converting a lot more leads now after they have improved our website.

We are most impressed with their quality of work and giving us the right advice. We have made a lot of positive changes to our website and other marketing strategies after we have them studio45 on board.

They are very good at taking feedback positively. We have given them few improvement suggestions like if they can improve their response time but we understand they are dealing with many clients at the same time and sometimes it is hard to meet the last minutes change request but we are overall satisfied with the company.

I’m the head of development for a digital marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Studio45?

We wanted an offshore partner to help with our digital marketing. We were working with 3 or 4 different companies, but as we grew, there were quality issues. We decided we wanted one partner to make sure the quality is up to the standard.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We outsource a lot of our projects to them, including digital marketing, application and portal development, and SEO. They work independently and decide themselves how to get the work done. We haven’t had any issues and it’s like they’re part of our own company. They go above and beyond at times.

What is the team composition?

I have a main point of contact. For the marketing, we go project by project. For the development, we have dedicated resources that they employ and manage for us. In their team, there are at least 15 people for development, and they have 50-60 people on marketing, but it’s not our main concern; we’re mainly focused on getting the results.

How did you come to work with Studio45?

The company is owned by a friend that I studied with. When we were looking at offshore partners, we had three or four options, but I chose Studio45.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2013, and the work is ongoing.

They’ve made a huge impact and we’re happy with their performance. They’re also affordable. They get the work done on time, to good quality.

How did Studio45 perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is pretty excellent. They have a good attitude when it comes to dealing with any issues and their desire to help us out and solve issues. We have our own strategy and they have their own, which we communicate over video conference calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand our business requirements. It’s hard to find an outsourcing company that perfectly matches both business requirements and quality of work.

There haven’t been any big issues.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is key. Due to cultural differences, it’s important to be patient, but once you get to know each other, it all runs smoothly.
