PSI DIGITECH helped revamp our website presence. Halfway through discussing it with us, we gave them a briefing. We had initially mapped out our website; this was a chart I did that outlined how the different pages were related, the value of the different pages, the flow of users from one to the other, and the requirements of each page.

For the first part of the project, PSI DIGITECH had to do something that was more in sync with our brand, so there was an abundance of designing. There was a lot of back-and-forth until we could finally arrive at the correct type of design and layout we were looking for on our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The customer feedback, by and large, has been extremely favorable. They've informed us that our new site more closely reflects our brand and what we have to offer. For the internal feedback, it feels like everyone just loves our new site.

Everything has been done on time. Although we have had some minor delays, those were because we had to go back to the drawing board. When we went ahead with the project, we discovered that we required a little more of each thing than we had ordered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

PSI DIGITECH has put all that I've ever hoped for in the way of a marketing perspective in front of us without even mentioning it. At first, we wanted a website based on one that already exists, but we weren't really sold on it. Maksym talked with me and outlined that they were able to build the theme we wanted but warned that it would cause the website to be more heavy and clumsy. He had the option too of building the website completely from scratch for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PSi DigiTech could have done differently?

There is nothing PSI DIGITECH can improve. They've been fantastic, and the project would have been far more difficult with another agency.

We are with them since 2019. We needed a reliable partner who can generate quality leads for us, they performed a fantastic job and still going very strong. We completely stop our offline marketing and switch to online marketing with them. Today almost 80% of our bookings are done via the leads generated by them. We started with just 5 conversion back in 2019, as of today we are converting more than 5000+ travellers via the leads.

We are converting more than 5000 travellers from their leads in one year, ladakh bike trip is going better and better after each passing year. We recently started Kashmir tour which also performed very well, the leads they generate are very quality, conversion rate is high.

In 2021, we had a website that performed poorly, with almost no orders. They rebuilt the website, performed conversion optimisation, and then launched Google Ads. In one year, our website orders increased from 5-10 to more than a 1000 every day. Doing a terrific job today, doubling profits and revenue every six months.

As I previously stated, the sales and profit from the website business are the measurable results, and they took the website from 5-10 orders daily to 1000+ orders daily in a year or so.

Scope of work: We needed a reliable partner who could manage our website, including but not limited to web design, development, pay-per-click, and social media marketing. Deliverables: PSI digitech successfully delivered everything we needed. They exceeded all our expectations. This is a very knowledgeable team of experts; these people know their work.

Measurable outcomes were:

1. Website development: they delivered a well-optimised website that was designed to increase conversion, which in our case was an online purchase.
2. Increase revenue via pay per click; they increase our revenue by more than 500% using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

A few things are for sure:

1. They have excellent domain knowledge. They understand how things work in the online business, particularly PPC.
2. Their willingness to go beyond what was promised in order to achieve the desired results
3. The web design was also impressive, with a focus on key areas for better order placement on the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PSi DigiTech could have done differently?

Not many, but I believe the initial meeting and forecasting could be much better. We really didn't believe when they said they can increase the business by 200%, which ultimately goes to more than 500% but they could do a better job convincing me to start.
