I am working as a Business Development Manager in Cusmat Technologies. CUSMAT is a Skilling Metaverse providing standardized training solutions to maximize productivity by 30-40%, safety by 50-60% accident reduction, and minimize running costs for industries (Mining & Infrastructure, Logistics, and Warehousing, Manufacturing, OEM, Healthcare).

We want to create a video for our website and promotion, explaining the service we offer and industries we serves.

How did you select Prudent Agency and what were the deciding factors?

We have gone through the video portfolio of Prudent Agency, we like the quality of the work and the rates are very much affordable.

We have explained the services we offer to the Prudent team, and based on that they provided us with the script and storyboard. After that they come to our office for the live action shoot and provided us with the final 1min video.

I was working with multiple people from the team. Overall team was good.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have uploaded the video on our website and also share the video to our customers in emails, now they can easily understand and relate the services we offer.

The project manager was good and provide us with the updates. They usually send the changes and revised videos/scripts through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked that the team seemed really interested in helping us out and in understanding what we want. They delivered the video as per our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, It was a good experience overall. We haven't worked with Prudent enough to suggest areas of improvement.

The process was very simple, they have came for the meeting to understand our requirements. Then they shared the video script and storyboard with us.

I have work with the founder of prudent agency, Prathamesh. Overall the experience was good, even meeting deadlines to for most important work without comprised on Quality.

We have got a quite good response on the video which were created by the company.

All the communications and timelines were followed as per CRM, enables easy approval process

They quickly understand the product and requirement. We were quite impress with the 1st cut of the script. Also the cost was quite effective compare to other quote we received.

We would suggest, they should work on their timelines, all the deadlines were followed but expected a more quick results.

We started with a meeting and explaining our product to the company. They understood it quickly and were on their toes during the execution stage as well. With very limited revisions the video was prepared in the given time frame.
