Internally, the updated backend and CMS improvements made content updates significantly more efficient for our team. These enhancements have helped us better serve both pet owners and referring veterinarians by making important information easier to access and navigate.

1. Successfully launch new website by end of 2022
2. We have taken multiple actions on the website based on feedback from quarterly SEO checks; these include addressing 404 erros, indexing concerns, adding more CTAs, adjusting H1 and H2, permalinks, etc.

The primary goal of this project was to update our aging website—originally built by Propaganda 3 in 2017—and bring it up to speed for the user experience of 2025. Our main focus was ensuring the site is 100% mobile-friendly, as most of our users now access it via tablets or phones. Another key objective was achieving full ADA compliance, making the site accessible and user-friendly for everyone. Additionally, we aimed to create a more flexible platform that supports new experiences—such as video integration and expandable consumer features like menu integration—while allowing for easy customization and the seamless addition of new pages.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Pretty simple - with this being a complete rebuild of a site, we had checks along the way for both Propaganda 3 and Boulevard Brewing Co. to complete along the way of the build. Our final goal and to demonstrate success was the launch of the new site in November of '24.

We're a picky bunch, and they gave us a great time, with specific dates, that also allowed for wiggle room. They were very transparent with the timelines they expected, and it matched what we expected as well. Because of the constant communication, we were able to get what we needed on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're very easy and open to work with, and were willing to go back and forth with us until both parties got what needed to be done. Propaganda 3 is a laid back group, but also is a group that buckles up, and gets the job done. They were very responsive to any of our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Propaganda3 could have done differently?

I believe everything went really well. The only thing I could particularly call-out might be the beginning with the design phase of work. At the beginning we were working with a specific set of team members, and when a few new design folks joined there seemed to be a disconnect that we struggled with for a bit at first - this struggle was small and mainly just an issue on what we thought we'd see for the new site and what those initial designs were that was presented to us. I believe if we'd be in more communication with the newer members sooner some confusion could have been avoided.
