What was the scope of their involvement?

During the project’s initial phase, we shared with them what we were looking for. After developing the website, we worked closely with their team for keyword research, which was a huge part of their SEO work.

We worked with two people in charge of web design and SEO.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We didn’t see any results from their SEO and web development efforts. In fact, we didn’t see any growth in our digital marketing.

How did Promotion LA Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management process wasn’t good. We communicated through email and calls.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They were detail-oriented at the start, but it tapered off during the engagement. In the end, the quality of their work didn't meet our expectations. They were a little bit old school, and they couldn’t keep up with the times.

They required a year-long contract, and that should’ve been the biggest red flag from the start.
