We had a previous experience with LinkedIn advertisement on our own, and it was not efficient, but this time we decided to ask for professional help, and they advised to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core. Prok Tech has created a call-to-action message and a group of possible 300 guests for the dinner and automatically sent them private messages. It was quite a short notice before the event, so many active people couldn't join because of the date. But we had some purchased Linkedin tickets and the most important - we managed to reach many more people for our further collaborations!

We needed to test LinkedIn as a platform for advertising our products and generating partners or clients.

Prok Tech managed a pilot LinkedIn campaign for Old Press. The team created a content strategy, handled regular posting and profile positioning, and ran outbound outreach to event agencies and potential partners. The key deliverables were the LinkedIn content plan, ongoing posts, outreach message sequences, and performance reports with all the campaign metrics.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Over the course of the project, Prok Tech sent around 1,000 LinkedIn connection requests on our behalf, which resulted in 245 new connections (≈25% acceptance rate) and 48 replies (≈5% response rate). This led to several concrete partnership discussions and five signed collaborations. We now regularly meet new partners at events who already know Old Press from LinkedIn, which confirms the long-term impact on brand awareness.

How did Prok Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Prok Tech was fast and efficient all the time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked their energy and motivation to help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'm not a specialist, but maybe – create more personalized scripts for each potential partner. Still, everything was good!

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

During our engagement, Prok Tech contacted 6,700 leads, and we had around 500 answers and more than 55 meetings with potential clients. We also noticed an increase in qualified leads and business inquiries as a result of their outreach.

How did Prok Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Prok Tech delivered on time. Our primary form of communication was messaging and regular online meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Prok Tech's flexibility was impressive. The team took all the responsibility for their work and provided regular updates. Overall, they were very involved in the project.

I can't think of anything for Prok Tech to improve.
