ProfitSpring were hired on a strong recommendation after many disasters with other suppliers. They got us right away and brought an incredible discipline of e-com psychology to the table. Within a week of them taking over our meta ad account we saw improvment accross all metrics, and they have continually improved our prospects week on week. They are amazing at what they do - amazing strategic partner.

COntinually improved CAC/LTV, ROAS and all metrics that feed in (CPM, CPC, CTR, CNV, etc.)

We setup a tracker in google sheets and status calls. They delivered daily C-level updates on Slack groups.

I’m an executive at Oakwell Beer Spa, a hospitality and leisure company. We combine a modern spa with a craft beer and wine taproom, offering guests unique beer-infused wellness treatments, private spa suites, and high-tech massages. We also offer beer-inspired bath and body products through our sister company.

ProfitSpring provides ads optimization and creative services. The team owns and manages the full ads stack on Meta and Google Ads.

We started working with ProfitSpring in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in new customers, reservations, and bookings. Our cost per acquisition (CPA) is also 20% lower than what we used to have, and this reduction has been sustained over several months.

ProfitSpring delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
