Booster transform is a fitness boutique studio in Zurich, specialized in high intensity and low impact workouts, including the Lagree Method and Barre Intensity. I am co-founder and CEO of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Professional Designers, and what were your goals?

to redesign our website in terms of design and back end. With time the older one was becoming troublesome.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got in touch with professional designers a few years ago, while having a major issue with our website managed by another agency, who could not be reached during a weekend. Professional designers made them available instantly when contacted and helped us address the problem very quickly.

Professional designers were in charge of developing a new version of our website. After the briefing, they suggested different design routes, and then developed the website on Wordpress. They delivered the work in very short timing with results and deliverables that were very good at every steps.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have had during the process contact with one person at Professional designers, who is the manager/founder of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website is now much more user friendly, with very good client feedback. We could not measure the impact in terms of key metrics as we launched the new website just after a period of Covid where the number of visits was much lower than usual.

The communication with Professional Designers is straightforward, simple and effective. The project are delivered on time. We communicate with them via email or WhatsApp if any urgency.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

they are very effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were very satisfied in all areas of their work.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online, and this company professional designer always appeared on site. We choose professional designer because they offered also printing service and their website in english ( we less understanding in french )

We had a meeting to explain our project and need, Professional designer gave us useful and perfect idea and they also follow our needs and requirement to complete our project.

We worked with an account manager and an email worker.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website that they created was perfect and professional. We love about their online platform & printer which really bring us many orders. We can prepare customer's food before they pick up the foods from our restaurant. Their POS system for my restaurant business, so that i can manage daily sales. Printing service and design on logo, flyers menu card...

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

He always follow up with us, meeting him often.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were a one-stop-shop for all printed materials. digital marketing service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

hmm...nothing...or maybe food delivery service ;)

I am the Head of Marketing and Business Development for the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Professional Designers?

When joining the company, my first objective was to update and modernise all the marketing materials, both physical and digital. We wanted to create a website that was both dynamic and reflected our specialities and USP's within our specific sector, that would create a good "wow" factor.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The company had previously held a "beauty parade" from 5 different companies and had decided upon Professional Designers due to their detailed and specific quote, which was transparent about proposed timescales and goals. There was a previous "false start" from our side due to staff turnover but Professional Designers remained patient and were happy to work within the existing quotation to complete the project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We initially held a zoom call with Ihtsham to be introduced, provide an overview of the project and outline our objectives. This was followed up with a detailed document I had already prepared outlining all of our requirements and design suggestions. I was asked to provide some example websites to Ihtsham in order to give him a perspective of typical layout - which I did. I also provided him with a portfolio of pictures, we wished to use as well as the wordings from our existing brochure. His team then compiled the first draft layout for us to review. As we had various people giving input from our side, there were quite a few amendments and suggestions resulting in numerous revisions of the layout. Each time a request was given to change, it was dealt with in a timely manner and as requested.

Ihtsham was always my point of contact se we don't know how many other team members were actually involved behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are happy that the website is now a true reflection of our brand and clearly demonstrates our USP's. Feedback from our client and contact base has only been positive, reassuring us that we made the correct decision.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were quite comfortable with the workflow between the two teams and Ihtsham was always responsive and flexible as well as remaining patient when we sometimes changed the goalposts at short notice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were both knowledgeable as to current market trends and provided excellent advice initially as to contemporary design and layout. They always took into account or requirements in respect of maintaining the brand image and whilst gave certain suggestions from time to time, never pushed us in one direction or another against our wishes. They also were extremely helpful in loading the site on to our domain when we were experiencing problems with it. In this respect, they went above and beyond the terms of the agreement for which we remain very grateful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. There was a little miscommunication towards the end of the project regarding the domain upload, but this was more a misinterpretation from our side in respect of the original parameters agreed. But overall, no nothing to improve upon.
