They understood user requirements, gave us an estimation of workload and timelines. I loved that they particularly followed those timelines and delivered usually before time. They understand the urgency of go to market needs and go the extra mile to meet deadlines.

Furthermore the tech leads were always thinking out of the box and giving suggestions themselves to improve the product in multiple ways.

Nothing yet. Maybe they need to open their offices at multiple locations so that collaborations can be made more efficient and effective.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred by their existing client. We did a small work earlier and was impressed by their professionalism and decided to go with them exclusively for the project

Based on UI/UX design and business flow brief, tasked them to make an app on Flutter, design and deploy database on AWS, API integration to 3rd party systems and payment portal

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

App is almost completing beta testing and ready for limited release for users. So far feedback from users are positive.

Project management and tools are professional. Have complete visibility of work in every sprint and overall planning. Team is available on Slack even after their work hours, due to time zone difference, if need to check for something urgent I often get reply. Though we may be 2-3 weeks behind schedule partly also as we are on limited cost budget till sucessful launch.

Attitude towards work and executing work professionally using tools used in developed markets

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we did in 2 patches it would be efficient if it was done in single run but that is on our side as we did slight pivot in the brief and timing difference meants Flutter underwent big changes so ProductBox spend sometime to upgrade our solution.
