UX/UI Consulting & Review - Planning & Prioritizing Future Updates Your app's continued growth and success require careful planning and prioritization. We will work closely with your team to assess planned updates and align them with user needs and business goals. 
This involves: 

• Identifying critical areas for improvement 
• Determining the most impactful enhancements 
• Structuring the update roadmap to optimize for user retention and growth

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From a deliverable perspective they created a report to present their findings and presented their recommendations via Zoom. From a product perspective, we're measuring First Time User Experience (FTUE).

All items were delivered on time and when they said they would be done. I never had to follow up with them because there was regular and proactive communication throughout the process.

Understand and document each of the personas and needs of those who interact with the OneClick software. Redesign the UX and UI to optimize the benefit of the software for our customers. Key deliverables are: 

1. Customer personas

3. Figma design files

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivery of the Figma files that incorporate the new design and deliver an improved experience to our audience.

Yes. They were very organized; they used Notion and other tools to share all meeting notes. They were excellent at soliciting and listening to our feedback and addressing all issues throughout the project. They were especially good at asking the right questions to understand our fears and what could happen that could interfere with the project's success and proactively working to ensure success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Product Forward was excellent at gathering and organizing project information and checking in on the overall feelings and concerns related to the project regularly as the project progressed. This approach instilled confidence that Product Forward was committed to meeting not just the minimum expectations for the project but also that they would be doing all within their power to ensure our team could successfully implement their work product.

We were reassured that we would have their ongoing support as the design was implemented, and they have followed through and exceeded expectations throughout the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Product Forward could have done differently?

None. Their process of checking in regularly through the project caught all of the expectation gaps and potential pitfalls early enough in the process that everything was addressed. Product Forward was a delight to work with.
