1. Proactive works very closely with us on not on scheduling installs/upgrades needed
2. They send reports to let us know ahead of time when equipment is nearing it end of life

cyber protection, guidance for life cycle management with servers and computers; upgrades for infrastructure and continuity for the business in backups and productivity

They met deadlines and continually send communications so we are always in the loop.  If a deadline cannot be met, they communicate that ahead of time also or offer a different solution
