Hypeteq Software Solutions assists with software development for us and some of our customers. They augment the staff of two of our customers. I manage the project, and their developer is fully dedicated to our customers in Europe, outsourced from their company in India.
In the past, they placed an iOS developer on our team when I needed one. For this project, we initially provided them with our company's organizational chart and gave them access to our code.
They’ve used .NET and iOS technologies.
What is the team composition?
There are 6–7 developers from their team.
How did you come to work with Hypeteq Software Solutions?
We received a marketing email from them and requested their pricing.
How much have you invested with them?
The project costs about $10,000 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them around June 2021, and it's an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The developers Hypeteq Software Solutions has provided have been excellent. I'm satisfied with their work and haven’t heard any complaints from my team. When a developer is sick, they replace them.
Their pricing is on the higher side, but their quality is good.
How did Hypeteq Software Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Their CEO always asks for feedback, and management there is very involved.
Their communication is good, and they’re very experienced with Jira. We use GitHub for the repository of the code, Jira and Float for project management, and Microsoft Teams for meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like the involvement of their management team. For two projects, they’ve helped with the tendering process and provided pricing for our customers.
Their developer has worked on the weekends when needed, which is remarkable. We’ve been very late on some projects, and they accepted an extra workload to help us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their price could be better, but the quality is very good.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that their two or three managers are involved from the start of the relationship. My only other advice is to contact them and work with at least one of their developers to see the quality for yourself.

We reviewed the strategy for the application together and agreed a technical approach. HypeTeq then conducted a detailed analysis of application designs and the existing API. Once the project began we incorporated HypeTeq's team into our daily standup and sprint pattern. HypeTeq worked with our technical and QA team to deliver the app for testing periodically through the project. Finally a full regression test was performed and any outstanding bugs resolved.

HypeTeq provided a technical architect and a software developer throughout the project.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project has been completed successfully and we have created a new version of the app, ready to be launched in the stores. The work has been completed such that the app aligns with the designs provided. Bugs identified during the development phase have been fixed.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We developed a good working process with regular communication and update. The development did take slightly longer than anticipated but the reasons for this were discussed and understood. We used Jira and Bitbucket to manage the development process. HypeTeq were very responsive and available as and when we needed them to be.

We have agreed that more can be done to ensure future phases of work start with greater definition around the design and integration through APIs. This will help ensure the HypeTeq team are able to work more independently and efficiently.

Scope of work has been development of a comprehensive fintech platform that provides advanced financial data analysis tools. The project was delivered on time and within budget, and we are extremely satisfied with the final product.
