Responsiveness is very good. Sometimes a little bit slower than what I want, but the quality and open communication is very very good.

Unique designs that capture the heart of what my clients want with their websites, their communication is top-notch, the strong desire to always improve on systems and workflows, the quality of development using industry best-practices that are extremely rare in the web design world.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Primo Creators could have done differently?

Sometimes things are a bit slow. It could be several days before a comment that I make actually gets acted upon. That can make communication with my client a bit hard at times.
