For the Pre-Launch milestones, we aimed for the following:

• Pre-Launch Milestone #1: Assist Asian Organics in opening their Amazon professional seller account and completing the Seller Identity Verification (SIV) and guide us through Amazon’s Brand Registry enrollment process. Moreover, help to file a trademark and enroll in Amazon’s Brand Registry. 
•  Pre-Launch Milestone #2: Product Listing Creation & Optimization. The Amazon professional will do all the research and create product pages from the ground up and research category and subcategory placement, input vital and advanced product information, create product variations, upload product creatives, and ensure keyword-optimized copywriting that is easy to read, understandable, and meets the client's expectations.
•   Pre-launch Milestone #3: Includes providing pre-launch competition, cost & profit analytics, or product discovery research to help clients find new product opportunities based on their budget and financial goals.

Upon completion of the pre-launch milestones, the Amazon professional was engaged to manage Asian Organics:

1. Seller Central daily operations:
   • Duties will include managing prices, monitoring inventory levels and sell-through rate, setting inventory alerts, creating replenishment shipments, managing shipment logistics, updating product listings, adding A+ content, managing and communicating with Buyers, addressing Performance Notifications, running IP infringement searches, addressing policy violations that may arise, submitting appeals, running business and inventory reports, and making recommendations to help grow sales on Amazon.
2. Full Service PPC Ad Management with a brief to:
   • Boosts sales, capture product reviews and establishe page one organic ranking. Utilizing Amazon's advertising bulk operations along with his proprietary Python scripts and handle the heavy lifting of managing Asian Organics Amazon PPC.

In addition, he is to review weekly bulk advertising reports identifying winning and losing keyword phrases and optimize target bids based on the data to achieve lower ad group and campaign level ACoS and lower targeted Total ACoS. This plan was to include implementing a Buyer-Seller Messaging follow-up sequence, if needed, and creating various promotional deals such as Deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Asian Organics Natural & Organic Products were successfully launched, advertised and promoted on Amazon.com garnering long-term successful conversions in the US marketplace.

Every responsibility assignd to him was accomplished within a timely manner and with great professionalism. He suggested, and implemented, number of improvements in various aspects of our listing and advertising and helped us build a consistent sales track record.

Our requests and needs were fully met in the timeframes we set and our continuing success on Amazon was built upon solid foundations laid by Jamie.

• In 2022, launched and advertised Island Harvester products on Amazon.com resulting in $162,484.40 in total revenue and sold 8,491 units.
• In 2023, grew the brand to $369,504.88 in revenue and sold 19,015 units; a 127.41% revenue increase YOY.
• In 2024, projected sales are 474,000 with an total advertising cost of sale (TACoS ) of 11.04%. 

We've continued to build success on Amazon with Prime Seller Pro's (Jamie's) guidance.
